The Meadows to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Landing at DXB and heading for The Meadows? Send the terminal (DXB has Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), the flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the villa written as sub-community number, street and villa number. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, we follow your flight status, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Emaar places Emirates Living between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44), and the driver chooses the approach to suit traffic on the day.

Leaving for your flight

To leave The Meadows for a flight, send the flight time and terminal, the pickup time you want in UAE time and your villa address with the sub-community number. Have the bags by the front door and keep a phone on that will be answered, because the driver may need you to talk them through a gate or a similar-looking street. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, and we plan the pickup around the time you give. Ask for the return leg in the same message so both journeys sit together.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, in the Jebel Ali part of the emirate, south-west of the city. Most guests staying in The Meadows fly through DXB, but the airport printed on your ticket decides. If your airline uses DWC, write the code in your request with the flight details and the team quotes that trip separately. An arrival there is handled the same way: flight tracking, a name board in arrivals and 30 minutes of free waiting time.

Pickup and drop-off tips for The Meadows

Sub-community number, street, villa number

A property guide to The Meadows describes nine sub-communities and names examples such as Meadows 2, Meadows 5 East Park and Meadows 6. Send the number, the street and the villa number exactly as your host or tenancy papers write them. If the sub-community asks visitors to register with security, your host or the community management arranges that, so forward any name or code they give you.

Meeting at The Meadows Village or the Souk

Emaar names The Meadows Village and The Meadows Souk among the community's retail hubs, and the area guide places the Souk just outside Meadows 6 and a Spinneys in Meadows Town Centre. If your villa is hard to reach, agree one of these as the meeting point when you ask for the quote, name the entrance you will wait at and avoid changing it on the day.

Makani number and a WhatsApp pin

Villas in the same street look alike. A Makani number is a 10-digit code for the entrance, and for a villa it is usually on a plate at the front door. Send it with a pin from your phone's map, dropped at your own gate. Together they let the driver match the right door without walking the street.

Hotel stays are a different pickup

Address Montgomerie is a hotel that Emaar describes as overlooking the golf course, close to Emirates Living but not a Meadows villa. If you are a hotel guest, give the hotel name and the entrance reception tells you to use. If you are a golfer staying in a villa, say how many bags are travelling, because clubs can change the vehicle.

Meadows, Springs and Lakes sit side by side

Emaar lists The Meadows, The Springs, The Lakes, Emirates Hills and Hattan as separate sub-communities of Emirates Living, and the names are easy to mix up on a booking confirmation or a holiday-home listing. The Springs and The Lakes have their own pages here. Check the community name on your paperwork, then send the number, street and villa, so the driver heads for the right gate first time. If a confirmation shows only a villa number, ask your host which community it is in.

Which vehicle suits a The Meadows transfer?

Meadows homes are family villas, so an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, or similar) is the usual match: up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags. A sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class) takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags and suits a couple or a solo business traveller. Two households sharing a trip fit a van (Toyota Hiace class, 6 to 14 seats), and a Mercedes-Benz S-Class class executive car suits guests who want one. Coaches cover 15 or more. The final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.

Is The Meadows the same as The Springs or The Lakes?

No. Emaar lists them as separate sub-communities of Emirates Living, alongside Emirates Hills and Hattan. Use the name on your tenancy papers or listing, and add the street and villa number.

Will the driver be allowed through the gate?

Emaar describes Emirates Living as gated, with round-the-clock security. Whether a visitor must be registered depends on the sub-community, so ask your host or the community management, and forward any name or code to the team with your request.

Can you collect me from The Meadows Souk or The Meadows Village?

Yes, ask for it when you request the quote. Name the entrance you will wait at and send a WhatsApp pin when you are ready, so the driver is not searching a car park.

I only know my villa number. Can you work out the rest?

Send the villa number, the street and a pin, plus the Makani number if you have it. The team will help you confirm the sub-community before the quote is finalised.

We have golf clubs. Which vehicle should we ask for?

Put the number of passengers, large bags and golf bags in your request. An SUV takes up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags, and extra bags may call for a larger vehicle, which the quote will name.
