Abu Dhabi is both a city and an emirate, and its airport, Zayed International (AUH), is a separate destination. If you are heading to a hotel, island or venue in Abu Dhabi city, say so. If your ticket says AUH, say that instead, or use our DXB to AUH transfer. Naming the exact place keeps the quote accurate.
Yes. Send your terminal, flight number and landing date and time in UAE time, with the Abu Dhabi hotel, tower or address. Your driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, we follow the flight's status and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Terminal 3 is used by Emirates; for other airlines, check your ticket or ask your airline.
Landing at Al Maktoum International (DWC) works the same way. Some guests start from a Dubai hotel or tower for a morning meeting in the capital, and for them the pickup address and a clear start time are all we need.
No. Zayed International Airport (AUH) is the airport that serves the capital, while Abu Dhabi city is where hotel, island and venue transfers end. If your ticket says AUH, we plan an airport trip around your flight number and time. If you are going to Yas, Saadiyat or the Corniche, we plan an address trip.

Yes. Give us the pickup time in Dubai, the Abu Dhabi address and the time you need to head back. For a series of meetings, list the stops in order. For an event, name the venue and the entrance, such as a hall at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, and tell us the day of the event so the plan matches the programme.
Hourly chauffeur and multi-stop requests are quoted case by case, with availability and minimums confirmed in the quote. Say so in your first message if you want the car to wait or to move between several places.
Give the Abu Dhabi pickup, whether that is a hotel lobby, a tower on Al Reem Island or a villa in Khalifa City, and say where in Dubai you finish. If you are catching a flight from DXB or DWC, add the flight number, terminal and departure time in UAE time. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, so choose your pickup time with that in mind and tell us the time you want.
For late-evening journeys, check the date you enter. A pickup after midnight belongs to the next calendar day, and a clear date prevents the wrong day being quoted.
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags, an SUV up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags, and the luxury executive car up to 3 passengers for business travel. A van seats 6 to 14, and a mini bus or coach covers groups of 15 or more.
Travelling with a conference group or a wedding party? Give us the passenger count and the bags, and we will suggest a van or coach. The final vehicle is confirmed with the quote.

Visit Abu Dhabi describes the Corniche as a central waterfront with a public beach and bike lanes, and its inland side as a dense concentration of museums, gardens and heritage landmarks, including Qasr Al Watan, Qasr Al Hosn and Emirates Palace. Give the hotel, tower or landmark and the entrance you will use.
Visit Abu Dhabi places Yas Island on the eastern edge of Abu Dhabi, just off the mainland, with Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld, Yas Marina Circuit, Etihad Arena and Yas Mall. On event days, name the venue or hotel gate you need, because a park, an arena and a hotel can be different drop-offs.
Visit Abu Dhabi calls Saadiyat the emirate's cultural hub, home to Louvre Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum, with beaches, resorts and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club. Tell us your resort, beach club or museum so the driver goes to the right part of the island.
Visit Abu Dhabi describes Al Maryah Island as a central island reached from the mainland by multiple bridges, with The Galleria and a waterfront promenade. ADGM operates across Al Maryah and Al Reem islands, and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is on Al Maryah. Business and hospital visitors should name the building and the entrance.
Visit Abu Dhabi describes Al Reem as an island just off the northeastern coast of the mainland, linked by several bridges. It names Reem Mall, Reem Central Park and the Gate Towers, and says there are no hotels on the island itself, so most pickups are residential. Give the tower, the flat number and the entrance.
Wikipedia describes Khalifa City as a residential suburb in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and Aldar lists Etihad Plaza, a retail community, in Khalifa City. For a villa or apartment pickup, send the community, the street, the villa or building number and a WhatsApp pin.
Masdar City says it is located in Abu Dhabi and describes itself as a sustainable urban community with a free zone, parks, retail and a visitor centre. Visit Abu Dhabi lists My City Centre Masdar Mall and Masdar City Central Park. For an office or campus visit, give the building name and a contact number.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is the exhibition and conference venue run by ADNEC Group, with 12 exhibition halls, ICC Abu Dhabi and the ADNEC Marina waterfront. If you are attending an event, name the hall or entrance and the day, and tell us if the programme changes.

Choose the airport if your ticket says AUH and you need to be there for a flight. Choose Abu Dhabi city, or the island or venue by name, if you are going to a hotel, home or meeting. If you are unsure, send us the booking details and we will confirm which fits.
Yes. List each stop in order with the approximate waiting time you expect. Extra stops and waiting beyond the free 30 minutes should be written into the quote, so mention them in your first message.
Yes. Give us the hall or entrance, the finish time of your event in UAE time and the Dubai hotel name. If the programme overruns, message us and the team adjusts the pickup.
At the lobby or entrance you name in the request. Tell us the entrance, and share a WhatsApp pin if the hotel has more than one. The driver will call you if the meeting point needs to change.
