About us
Private transfers, arranged around your trip
Airport Transfer Dubai arranges private airport pickups, drop-offs and intercity transfers across Dubai and the UAE. We are based on Airport Road in Umm Ramool, close to Dubai International, and we work by WhatsApp and phone.
How we work
Every transfer starts with your details: the airport or pickup point, where you are going, when, and who is travelling with how much luggage. We reply with a quote for that journey, so you know what you are agreeing to before anything is arranged.
Once you accept, our team confirms the arrangements with you, including where you will meet your driver and how to reach them. For airport arrivals we follow your flight on the day and plan the pickup around the time you actually land.
We cover all five UAE airports we list on this site, every part of Dubai, and the other emirates from Sharjah and Ajman to Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Vehicles range from sedans to coaches, so the same team can handle a solo business trip or a wedding group.
What you can count on
- Open 24/7. Early departures and arrivals after midnight are normal for us.
- Flight tracking. Send the flight number and we plan around the real arrival time.
- Meet and greet. Your driver meets you in arrivals with a name board.
- 30 minutes free waiting with every transfer.
- Free cancellation when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup.
How it works
Three steps from flight details to driver
A transfer is arranged around your trip, not a fixed template. Here is what happens after you get in touch.
Share your journey
Tell us the airport or pickup point, where you are going, the date and time in UAE time, passengers and bags. The form takes about a minute, or send the same details on WhatsApp.
Receive a tailored quote
We reply on WhatsApp or by phone with a quote for your trip, including the vehicle that fits your group and luggage. Ask us anything before you decide.
Confirm with our team
Once you accept the quote, our team confirms the arrangements with you: pickup point, meeting details and driver contact. For arrivals we follow your flight on the day.
