2. Quotes
Sending the form on this website, or sending your trip details by WhatsApp or phone, is a request for a quote. It does not reserve a vehicle. We reply with a quote based on the details you give us. A quote may change if those details change, for example the date, time, addresses, passenger numbers, luggage or stops.
3. Confirmation
A transfer is arranged only after you accept the quote and our team confirms the arrangements with you. Payment terms, if any, are set out in your quote or confirmation.
4. Your information
Please give accurate details: the correct airport and terminal, flight number, the date and time in UAE time, the exact pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger numbers and luggage. Keep a phone with WhatsApp switched on around the pickup time so the driver can reach you. We are not able to plan around information we were not given.
5. Meeting and waiting
For airport arrivals, the driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, following the meeting arrangement we send you. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included with every transfer. If you expect to need longer, tell us in advance so the arrangement can be agreed with you.
6. Vehicles, luggage and extras
Vehicle models are examples of each class ("or similar"). The vehicle is confirmed with your quote and chosen to fit the passengers and luggage you told us about. Child seats and assistance can be requested and are subject to availability. Extra luggage or passengers on the day may not fit the confirmed vehicle.
7. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation is free when you cancel at least 48 hours before the pickup time. Details are in our cancellation policy.
8. Conduct and safety
Passengers must follow UAE law and the driver's reasonable safety instructions, including wearing seat belts. The driver may refuse to carry a passenger whose behaviour puts the safety of others at risk.
9. Delays outside our control
Traffic, weather, road closures and other events outside our control can affect journey times. We plan pickups with care but cannot control these events.
