Free cancellation
You can cancel a confirmed transfer free of charge when you tell us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time (UAE time).
Cancelling closer to the pickup
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup time are not covered by free cancellation. Any charge that applies is set out in your quote or confirmation, so you can see it before you accept.
How to cancel
Send a WhatsApp message or call us on +971 52 440 9525 with your name, the pickup date and time and the pickup location. A cancellation counts from the time we receive your message or call. We reply to confirm it.
Changes to your transfer
If your flight, pickup time, address or passenger numbers change, tell us as soon as you can. We confirm whether the change can be made and whether it affects your quote. Changing a transfer is not the same as cancelling it.
Flight changes and waiting time
For airport arrivals we follow your flight status and plan the pickup around the actual arrival time. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included with every transfer. If you expect a long delay at immigration or baggage reclaim, a WhatsApp message helps the driver plan.
