Dubai has two international airports. Check the three-letter code on your ticket before you book: DXB is Dubai International, DWC is Al Maktoum International at Dubai World Central.

What to have ready for an airport transfer
Two short checklists. Sending these details first time saves back-and-forth and gets you a quote faster.
Arriving in the UAE
- The airport code on your ticket (DXB, DWC, SHJ, AUH or RKT) and, for DXB, the terminal if you know it.
- Your flight number, so we can follow the flight on the day.
- The landing date and time in UAE time. Landing after midnight? Use the landing date.
- The exact drop-off: hotel name, tower and entrance, or villa number and community.
- Passengers, checked bags, cabin bags and anything oversized such as a pushchair or golf bag.
- A phone number with WhatsApp that works when you land.
Leaving for a flight
- Your pickup address with the building entrance, lobby or gate the driver should use.
- The time you want to be collected, in UAE time. Check your airline's own advice on when to arrive.
- Which airport you fly from. DXB and DWC are different airports in different parts of Dubai.
- Passenger and luggage numbers, so the vehicle has room for everything.
- Any stop on the way, such as collecting a colleague or a family member.
- Return details if you also need a pickup when you come back.

How do I get a quote for a Dubai airport transfer?

Why is every transfer quoted individually?
Two trips that look the same can differ a lot: the airport, a late-night landing, a return leg, extra stops, the number of bags or a larger vehicle. Quoting each request means you see an offer for your actual journey before anything is arranged.
Which airports do you cover?
Dubai International (DXB), Al Maktoum International at Dubai World Central (DWC), Sharjah International (SHJ), Zayed International in Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Ras Al Khaimah International (RKT), for both arrivals and departures.
Where will the driver meet me when I land?
Your driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board. Before you fly, our team sends you the meeting arrangement and the driver contact for your terminal, so you know exactly what to look for.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight status on the day and plan the pickup around your actual arrival, so a delay does not leave you without a car. Send us the flight number in the form so we can track it.
How much waiting time is included?
30 minutes of free waiting time is included with every transfer. If you expect to need longer, for example with a large group or extra luggage checks, mention it in your request.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Yes. Cancellation is free when you cancel at least 48 hours before the pickup time. Our cancellation policy page explains what applies closer to the pickup.
Do you operate at night?
Yes, we arrange pickups 24/7, including early-morning departures and arrivals after midnight. For a landing just after midnight, enter the landing date so the driver comes on the right day.
Which vehicle do I need?
As a guide, a sedan suits up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags, an SUV up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags, a van 6 to 14 seats, and a mini bus or coach larger groups. Choose “Help me choose” in the form and we will suggest the right size.
Do you go to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah?
Yes. Alongside Dubai, we arrange private transfers between Dubai and Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah in both directions, from homes, hotels, offices and airports.
