Abu Dhabi, formerly Abu Dhabi International
Zayed International Airport (AUH) Transfers
Zayed International Airport (AUH) serves Abu Dhabi, the capital emirate. We arrange private transfers between AUH and Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, and to addresses in Abu Dhabi, by car, SUV, executive car, van or coach, 24/7. Send your flight number, landing date and destination and the team replies with a quote on WhatsApp or by phone.
Older bookings and guidebooks still call the airport Abu Dhabi International, its former name. It is the same airport. Keep the airport and the city separate in your request: AUH is where you land, and the quote also needs your final address, whether that is a Dubai hotel or a resort on an Abu Dhabi island.

Is Zayed International the same as Abu Dhabi International?
Yes. Visit Abu Dhabi lists Zayed International Airport as the former Abu Dhabi International Airport, and the airport's own site still welcomes visitors to AUH. If a booking or an old confirmation says Abu Dhabi International, it is the same airport and the same code.
Visit Abu Dhabi also names Terminal A as the home of Etihad Airways. We do not list which airlines use which terminal, because that is for the airport and your airline to confirm. Send your flight number and your latest booking details, and the team confirms the arrival set-up with you before the quote is final.
How does the driver meet you at Zayed International?
The airport's arrivals guide says that for pre-arranged private transfers your driver meets you at a designated area, and that official taxis and limousines are outside the arrivals hall. Our driver meets arriving guests in the arrivals area with a name board. Before you land, the team confirms the exact meeting arrangement and the driver's contact details.
We follow your flight's status, so a late landing moves the pickup, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. The guide also names a separate pick-up zone in the Arrivals Car Park for ride-hailing apps. If our team has given you meeting instructions, follow those rather than the ride-hailing signs.
Why book a private transfer between AUH and Dubai?
AUH to Dubai is a full intercity journey, not a hop across town, so it suits a car that takes you from the arrivals area to the door of your hotel, tower or villa. The airport lists an Airport Express shuttle to the Ibn Battuta Bus Station in Dubai, which can work if you are heading to that part of the city with little luggage. A private transfer goes to your exact address.
It also keeps a group together and handles the bags: a family with several large cases, a business team heading straight to a meeting, or a wedding party arriving on one flight. Tell us the passengers, the bags and any stops.
How do you plan a pickup for a flight from AUH?
Start with your airline's check-in advice. Then tell us the flight time, the terminal on your booking and the time you want to be collected, in UAE time. For a pickup in Dubai the road to Abu Dhabi is a major intercity run and traffic on it changes through the day, so give yourself a generous margin. We plan the pickup around the time you ask for.
Include the pickup address with the entrance or lobby, plus passengers and large bags. If you are staying on an island such as Yas Island, name the hotel, not just the island, so the driver goes to the right door.
Arriving at AUH after midnight: what changes?
Enter the date the aircraft lands, in UAE time, and send the flight number so our tracking follows it. A late AUH arrival heading to a Dubai address ends with an intercity road trip, so tell your hotel you are arriving after midnight and ask them to expect a late check-in.
Keep your phone on and WhatsApp reachable after landing, so the driver and the team can reach you if the meeting needs adjusting. The team shares the driver's contact before your flight.
Where do AUH travellers usually go?
Many AUH trips go to Dubai: Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and the Deira hotel streets. Others stay in Abu Dhabi, on Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Maryah Island, Al Reem Island, Khalifa City or Masdar City, which the Dubai to Abu Dhabi route page covers one by one.
If you land at DXB and fly out of AUH, or the other way round, the airport-to-airport route covers that road leg. Check your airline's own arrangements for baggage and connection details before you plan it.
Which vehicle suits a long trip from AUH?
On a road trip of this size, comfort and space matter. The luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class) takes up to 3 passengers and suits business travel. A sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class) takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags. For a family, an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class) takes up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags.
A van (Toyota Hiace class) seats 6 to 14, and a mini bus or coach covers 15 or more. Models are "or similar", and the final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.

Questions
Frequently asked
My booking says Abu Dhabi International. Is that Zayed International?
Yes. Zayed International Airport is the former Abu Dhabi International Airport, and AUH is the code. Send the flight number from your booking and we handle the rest.
Should I give the airport or the city in my request?
Both. The airport, AUH, is where the pickup happens, and the hotel or address is the destination. Naming the hotel tells the driver where to go, which the word Abu Dhabi alone does not.
Do you only cover AUH to Dubai?
No. Send your destination, whether it is Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah or an Abu Dhabi address, and the team quotes the trip.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow the flight's status, so the pickup moves with the actual landing. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Message us on WhatsApp if the flight is rebooked.
Can a family with heavy luggage travel together?
Yes. An SUV takes up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags, and a van seats 6 to 14. Send the passenger and bag count, and mention prams or oversized items.
