Barsha and Emirates Living

Al Barsha South Airport Transfers

We arrange private airport transfers between Al Barsha South and Dubai International (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC). Send your flight number, landing time in UAE time and the exact place you are going, whether that is a home, an office, a hotel or a garden gate, and the team replies with a quote on WhatsApp or by phone. The service runs 24/7 and follows your flight, so an arrival pickup tracks the real landing.

Al Barsha South is one of the five sectors of Al Barsha, alongside Al Barsha 1, 2, 3 and Barsha Heights, and Wikipedia describes it as rapidly growing and the most populous of them. Dubai Miracle Garden and the neighbouring Dubai Butterfly Garden give their location as Al Barsha South 3, and Dubai Science Park is based here too. Garden visitors, science park staff and residents each need something different from a pickup, so say which you are and name the place. Mall of the Emirates is in Al Barsha 1, a different sector.

Al Barsha South to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Flying in to stay in Al Barsha South, or heading straight to the gardens? Send the terminal, flight number, landing date and time in UAE time, passengers and bags, and the exact destination: the building and flat, the villa and street, the hotel, or the garden. A name board in the arrivals area marks your driver, flight tracking keeps the pickup in step with the real landing, and free waiting time of 30 minutes is included. The garden websites name Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Umm Suqeim Road and Al Khail Road as access roads, and the driver chooses the route on the day.

Dubai International (DXB) guide

Leaving for your flight

For a flight out of DXB, tell us the terminal, flight time, the pickup time you want in UAE time and exactly where we collect you: a building entrance, a villa gate, a hotel lobby or the garden entrance. If you are finishing a garden visit and flying the same day, plan the pickup around the time you will be at the exit, not the time you hope to finish. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, so choose a time that fits it and the team confirms it with your quote. Give passengers and bags so the vehicle matches.

DWC

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South. Residents and visitors in Al Barsha South mostly use DXB, but some airlines fly from DWC, so check the code printed on your ticket. Send the airport with your flight details and the team quotes DWC separately, with the same flight tracking, name board and free waiting time of 30 minutes. If your party lands on different days or at different airports, list each arrival in the same message.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Al Barsha South

Garden days: choose your own return time

Dubai Miracle Garden's website says entry is single entry only, so a visitor who walks out cannot come back in, and it lists seasonal opening, so check the current dates before planning a transfer around it. Tickets are sent by WhatsApp as QR codes that are scanned at the gate. Because you cannot step out and back in, agree your return pickup time with the team in advance and message us from the exit when you are ready.

Two gardens, one drop-off area

The Butterfly Garden's website says it sits beside Dubai Miracle Garden, with direct drop-off beside the Miracle Garden, and names Mohammed Bin Zayed, Umm Suqeim and Al Khail roads as the ways in. They are separate attractions with their own tickets. Tell us which garden you are visiting, or both, and which entrance your ticket names, so the driver stops at the right place on the way in and the way out.

Dubai Science Park buildings

Dubai Science Park describes its location as Barsha South, and Wikipedia lists a laboratory complex, a warehouse complex and office towers among its facilities. Name the building from your visit letter instead of the park, and say if it is an office, a laboratory or a warehouse unit. Send the company name that reception holds for you and a phone number that will be answered when the driver arrives.

Using the metro for part of the trip

The Miracle Garden's website suggests taking the Red Line to Mall of the Emirates and continuing by taxi, and it lists RTA Bus 105 from the mall. If you reach the garden that way and want a car for the return, ask for the pickup at the garden entrance, or tell us which mall exit you will use instead. Say which you prefer in your request.

Good to know

Garden hours depend on the season

Dubai Miracle Garden's website lists daily hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM but also says opening is seasonal, and that page does not give the months. The Butterfly Garden's page shows 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and says it is open year-round, while the footer of the same site shows a different closing time. We cannot confirm a garden's opening dates or hours, so check them with the garden before you choose a transfer time. Give us the time you want to be at the entrance or at the exit, and the team plans the pickup around that.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Al Barsha South transfer?

A sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, or similar) takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags, which suits a couple visiting the gardens or a researcher heading to the science park. Families usually need an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags), and a Toyota Hiace class van, seating 6 to 14, suits a larger family or a group of colleagues. Tour parties of 15 or more can ask about a mini bus or coach, and a Mercedes-Benz S-Class class executive car is available for senior guests. The final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Al Barsha South transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

Is Dubai Miracle Garden in Al Barsha South?

Yes. The garden gives its location as Al Barsha South 3, and the Butterfly Garden lists itself beside it. If you are coming from the airport, send the garden as the destination together with your flight details.

Can the car drop me right at the garden?

The Butterfly Garden's website mentions direct drop-off beside Dubai Miracle Garden. Tell us which garden and entrance your ticket names, and the driver goes to that point. Send a location pin when you come out so the pickup is just as precise.

Is Al Barsha South the same as the Mall of the Emirates area?

No. Mall of the Emirates is in Al Barsha 1, a different sector. Both garden websites suggest using the Mall of the Emirates metro station as a changeover point, but your pickup should be the building, villa or garden gate where you actually are.

I am visiting Dubai Science Park for work. What should I send?

Send the building name from your visit letter, the company you are seeing, the host's name and a phone number that is answered. Add whether the building is an office tower, a laboratory or a warehouse unit if you know.

Can one request cover the airport and a garden visit before my hotel?

Mention both stops in your first message, with the garden entrance and the time you expect to leave. The team will tell you what it can arrange and include it in the quote.
