Arriving at DXB

Arriving at DXB for Dubai Harbour, send the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 or 3; Emirates uses Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, the number of passengers and bags, and the exact destination: a tower in Emaar Beachfront, the yacht club, or the cruise terminal with the ship name. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, the team follows the flight's status, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. For a ship, add the boarding window from your cruise line so the pickup suits it. The driver chooses the route that suits traffic on the day. You receive a quote first, and the team then confirms the arrangements.

Leaving for your flight

From Dubai Harbour to the airport, give the tower, the yacht club or the cruise terminal with the ship name, the flight number and terminal, and the pickup time you want in UAE time. After a cruise, the disembarkation time is set by the cruise line, so tell us when you expect to be off the ship and the team plans the pickup with luggage and port formalities in mind. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, and we plan around the time you ask for. If your disembarkation time moves, message us as soon as the cruise line tells you.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, towards Jebel Ali, and some airlines and fly-cruise itineraries use it instead of DXB. Your ticket or cruise package shows the airport code, so check it before you write. If it reads DWC, put that in your first message with the flight number and time in UAE time, and the team quotes the trip separately. A cruise that begins at one airport and ends at the other can be requested as two trips in one message.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Dubai Harbour

Cruise passengers: ship, terminal and time

For a cruise pickup, send the ship name, say if you are boarding or leaving, the date, the terminal exactly as your cruise documents print it and the time your cruise line gave you. Boarding windows and disembarkation times are set by the cruise line, so we cannot choose them for you. Add your hotel or flight, the number of people and every large case, because cruise luggage often decides the vehicle.

Dubai Harbour or Mina Rashid: confirm which

Dubai has two cruise terminals: the Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal beside Palm Jumeirah and the Hamdan bin Mohammed Cruise Terminal at Mina Rashid, which is in a different part of the city. A pickup sent to the wrong one starts late. If your documents only name the port area, ask your cruise line which terminal your ship uses before you message us.

Marina and yacht club: name the venue

Cruise Arabia describes a yacht club at the harbour with shops and restaurants beside the marina. If you are finishing a meal or a boat trip there, name the venue, the level and the nearest fixed landmark, and send a pin. When an event is on at the harbour, such as a run or the boat show, ask the organiser which entrance is open to cars and give us that.

Emaar Beachfront: tower, entrance and unit

Emaar places Emaar Beachfront inside Dubai Harbour, between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, with residential towers offering apartments and villas. Give the tower or community name, the entrance and the unit, and ask building management how a visitor's car is announced. Residents leaving for a flight should have their bags in the lobby before the pickup time.

Cruise Arabia places the Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters beside Dubai Marina, while DP World describes the Hamdan bin Mohammed Cruise Terminal at Mina Rashid. Confirm which one your ship uses with your cruise line, then send us the ship name, the terminal as printed in your documents and the boarding window or disembarkation time you were given. We follow flights, not ships, so message us if the ship's timing changes. The exact meeting point at the terminal is agreed with you in the chat.

A family with several large cases needs the SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class) for up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags. Six or more passengers with cases need a Toyota Hiace class van with 6 to 14 seats, and a group of 15 or more can ask about a mini bus or coach. No. The Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal is beside Palm Jumeirah, and the Hamdan bin Mohammed Cruise Terminal is at Mina Rashid. Your cruise documents name the terminal, and if they do not, ask the cruise line.
