Dubai Knowledge Park Airport Transfers

We arrange private airport transfers between Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC). Send the airport and terminal, your flight number, the date and time in UAE time, and the block or building you are going to, and the team replies with a quote on WhatsApp or by phone. The service runs 24/7 and follows your flight, so an arrival pickup is planned around the actual landing.

Dubai Knowledge Park is a TECOM Group free zone that was formerly called Knowledge Village. Its website describes companies in human resources, recruitment, consultancy and professional development, and addresses inside it are given as block numbers: Middlesex University Dubai lists Blocks 15, 16, 17 and 19, and the park's head office is in Block 2A. Visitors tend to be here for a course, an assessment, an interview or a meeting, so the block, the entrance and the name your host has left at reception are what the driver needs.

Dubai Knowledge Park to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Flying into DXB for a course or meeting at Dubai Knowledge Park? Send the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 or 3; Emirates uses Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, the number of passengers and bags, and the block or building name. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, the team follows your flight's status so a delay or early landing moves the pickup with it, and free waiting time of 30 minutes is included. If you are going straight to a class or a meeting, add its start time and your host's name. The team replies with a quote first and then confirms the arrangements with you.

Leaving for your flight

To get from the park to the airport, tell us the block or building, the entrance, your flight time and terminal, and the pickup time you want in UAE time. Work back from your airline's own check-in advice and choose a time that suits it, because we plan the pickup around the time you give. If you are leaving straight after a class or exam, give the time you will be at the door, not the time the session is due to end. Say how many people and large bags are travelling so the right vehicle is quoted. A return trip can be requested in the same message as your arrival.

DWC

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, in the Jebel Ali part of the emirate, and most visitors to the park fly through DXB. A company bringing trainees or staff from several countries may find its flights split between the two airports, so list each flight with its airport code in one request. The team quotes a DWC trip separately and plans it like any other pickup, with flight tracking, a name board at arrivals and free waiting time of 30 minutes.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Dubai Knowledge Park

Quote the block number

Addresses inside Dubai Knowledge Park are written as block numbers. Middlesex University Dubai gives Blocks 15, 16, 17 and 19 on its contact page, and the park's own head office is on the ground floor of Block 2A. Copy the block number and the institution or company name from your enrolment letter or meeting invitation, then add the floor or reception desk. The park name alone covers many buildings, so the block is what lets the driver stop at the right door.

Course days, exams and interviews

A course or assessment has a fixed start, so tell us the time you need to be inside the building and the entrance your institution gave you. For the return leg, choose the pickup time yourself instead of tying it to the end of a session, because classes and interviews can overrun. If a training provider or HR team is sending several delegates, put every name, flight and block in one request.

Metro and tram names have changed

The park lists Dubai Internet City and Nakheel as its closest metro stations, but Wikipedia's Red Line table shows Nakheel has since been renamed Al Fardan Exchange. The Dubai Tram also has a Knowledge Village stop on Al Sufouh Road. Older maps and apps keep the earlier names, so use a station only as a second landmark and lead with your block number. The driver can then find you without relying on a station label.

Parking is metered, so share a pin

The park's contact page says metered parking is available in and around the park, and that taxis can be hailed on the street. Tell us the entrance you will use, send a WhatsApp location pin when you step outside, and keep your phone on so the driver can tell you where the car has pulled in. The park places its retail community on King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, so say if you are at a shop or cafe rather than an office block.

Good to know

Knowledge Park or Academic City?

Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City are separate districts, and the park's own website describes a joint initiative between the two. Students and training delegates sometimes arrive with an address that names one while the course sits in the other. Middlesex University Dubai gives its address as Dubai Knowledge Park, Blocks 15, 16, 17 and 19. Check the campus address on your offer or course letter first. If you are unsure, send the exact wording from the document and the team will place it before it prepares your quote.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Dubai Knowledge Park transfer?

Most trips to the park are one or two people with a laptop bag or a suitcase, which a sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, or similar) handles for up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags. A visiting trainer or senior guest may prefer the Mercedes-Benz S-Class class executive car. A company sending a class or a small team can ask for an SUV (up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags) or a Toyota Hiace class van seating 6 to 14, and a group of 15 or more can ask about a mini bus or coach. The final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Dubai Knowledge Park transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

Is Dubai Knowledge Park the same as Knowledge Village?

Yes. Knowledge Village is the former name of the park, and the Dubai Tram still has a Knowledge Village stop. Old maps, apps and enrolment papers may use either name, so send the one on your paperwork together with the block number.

My letter gives a block number but no building name. Is that enough?

A block number with the name of the institution or company is a good start. Add the floor or reception desk if you have it, and a map pin from the entrance if you can. The team will ask if anything is unclear.

I am here for a multi-day course. Can the airport legs be quoted together?

Yes. Send both flights with their dates and times in UAE time and the block you are attending. If you also want rides during the course, say so in the same message and the team will tell you what it can arrange.

Is Dubai International Academic City the same place?

No. It is a separate district, although the park's site mentions a joint initiative with it. Check the campus address on your course letter and send us the wording if you are not sure.

Our HR team is arranging transfers for new joiners. What should it send?

For each person, send the name, a mobile number that can receive WhatsApp, the airport and terminal, flight number, landing time in UAE time, and the block or hotel they are going to. Listing everyone in one request lets the team suggest a van where a single vehicle makes sense.
