Deira and northern Creek

Al Khabaisi Airport Transfers

We arrange private cars between Al Khabaisi and Dubai International (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC). Send the building or company name, your flight number and the date and time in UAE time on WhatsApp or by phone, and we reply with a tailored quote. Airport pickups follow the flight status, and arriving guests are met by a driver with a name board.

Al Khabaisi is a mostly residential part of Deira, with Salahuddin Road along its northern edge and Al Ittihad Road along its southern edge. Hor Al Anz lies to the north, Al Muraqqabat to the west, Al Twar to the east and Dubai International Airport to the south. Several corporations and car dealerships line Al Ittihad Road, so addresses here come in two kinds: homes on the inner streets and business premises on the main road.

Al Khabaisi to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Landing at DXB, send the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 or 3, with Emirates at Terminal 3), flight number, landing date and time in UAE time and the building or company in Al Khabaisi. We follow the flight status, so a delay moves the pickup with it. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. The district borders the airport on its southern side, so the work lies in the last stretch: tell us whether your address is on Al Ittihad Road or on an inner street, and add a contact at the premises if it is a business.

Dubai International (DXB) guide

Leaving for your flight

For a flight from DXB, tell us the flight time and the pickup time you want, in UAE time, with the building, the entrance and a map pin. Airlines publish their own advice on when to reach the airport, so check yours, then give us the pickup time you settle on. Business visitors leaving a showroom or office should name the reception or gate where the driver will meet them. Residents should say whether bags are coming down from an apartment or a house. A return arrival can be quoted in the same message.

DWC

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, on the other side of the city from Al Khabaisi, and the district's border with DXB makes DXB the usual airport. If your flight leaves from DWC, put the airport code in your first message with the flight time in UAE time. We quote both airports in both directions, so a pickup from Al Khabaisi to DWC, or the reverse, follows the same steps.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Al Khabaisi

Showroom and company addresses

Dealerships and corporate offices on Al Ittihad Road may have forecourts, gates or reception desks. Give the company or showroom name, the building and the entrance you will use, plus a phone number for someone on site. Say whether the entrance faces the main road or a side street, so the driver knows where to come.

Which edge of the district

Salahuddin Road bounds Al Khabaisi on the north and Al Ittihad Road on the south, so the same district has two quite different approaches. Tell us which of those roads your building is nearer to, and name the closest cross street. That lets the driver come in from the right side instead of searching the inner streets.

Bus stand and medical centre as landmarks

The Hor Al Anz bus stand and the New Medical Center are both close by, and they are handy for describing where you are. They are also places where many vehicles stop, so wait on the nearest quiet street rather than at the stand or the main entrance, and send a map pin from the spot where you are standing.

Naming a Green Line station

Abu Baker Al Siddique and Salah Al Din are Green Line stations on Salah Al Din Street. Name whichever one is closer to you as a landmark, then give the building and a pin. Wait at your building entrance, not at the station, because stations are busy with passengers and buses.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Al Khabaisi transfer?

A colleague or two travelling with cabin bags fit a sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags). A team of four with laptop bags and cases suits an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags). Visiting executives can ask for the luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers), and staff groups of 6 to 14 fit a van (Toyota Hiace class). For 15 or more we use a mini bus or coach. Models are 'or similar', confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Al Khabaisi transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

My office is on Al Ittihad Road. Can the driver come to the door?

That depends on how the premises are laid out, so tell us the entrance you use and who to call on site. If the forecourt is not suitable, we agree a nearby spot with you before the day.

Which metro station should I name?

Abu Baker Al Siddique and Salah Al Din are both Green Line stations on Salah Al Din Street. Name whichever is closer to you as a landmark, then give the building and a pin.

Is Al Khabaisi the same as Hor Al Anz?

No, they are neighbouring districts, with Hor Al Anz to the north. If your address uses either name, send the building name, the street and a map pin, and we use those to plan the pickup.

Four colleagues are flying together with laptop bags and cases. Which vehicle?

An SUV takes up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags, which covers four people with a case each. For more luggage a van is the safer choice, and the final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.
