Landing at DXB, give us the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 or 3, with Emirates at Terminal 3), flight number, landing date and time in UAE time and the hotel or building in Al Muteena. A park is not a meeting point

Al Muteena Park has paths, a jogging track and a play area, and none of it is a place for a car to stop. Hotels such as the Renaissance and the Marco Polo sit around it, so choose the hotel's street entrance, say which road it faces and send a map pin. The driver can then wait at the kerb without circling the park.

Say which half of the district

Al Muteena Street (14th Street) splits the district into two subcommunities of about equal size. When you give an address, say which side of that street the building is on and name a cross street or the building itself. If you are unsure, send the location pin from your phone while you stand at the entrance.

Station and mall exits

Salah Al Din metro station is on Salah Al Din Street, close to Reef Mall and Al Ghurair Centre. Those are useful landmarks, but station exits and mall doors fill with people and vehicles. Choose a building entrance on a quieter street nearby, tell us which exit you will use, and we plan the pickup around it.

Main roads around the edge

Al Maktoum Road, Omar bin Khattab Road, Abu Baker Al Siddique Road and Al Rasheed Road form a ring around Al Muteena. If your building faces one of them, name the road as well as the building, because the entrance may be on the main road or on a side street behind it.

Al Baraha, next door to the north, has Al Baraha Hospital, Dubai Hospital and Belhoul Speciality Hospital. If you are travelling to or from one of them, name the hospital and the entrance you will use in your request, and give a phone number for someone who will be with you. Hospital departures are less predictable than hotel check-outs, so tell us the earliest and latest time you could be at the door, in UAE time, and the team will plan around it.
