Town Square Airport Transfers

Town Square is a Nshama community along Al Qudra Road, with townhouses and apartment buildings in dozens of named projects, among them Zahra, Hayat, Safi, Rawda, Warda, Jenna, Naseem and Sama. Nshama also runs a retail strip with supermarkets and cafes, and a central park with play areas. Two projects can differ by one word, such as Zahra Apartments and Zahra Townhouses, so the full project name and the number of your building or house are what a driver needs.

Town Square to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

From DXB (Terminals 1, 2 and 3; Emirates uses Terminal 3) or DWC, send the terminal, flight number, landing date and time in UAE time, and your full project name with the building or house number. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, the team follows the flight's status so a late landing moves the pickup, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Bayut places Town Square along Al Qudra Road and lists Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road as an access road, and the driver picks the route on the day. Families should list passengers and bags so the quote names a vehicle with room.

Leaving for your flight

For a flight out of Town Square, give the pickup time you want in UAE time, the airport and terminal, and your project name, building or house number. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, so we plan around the time you choose. Bring cases to the entrance or front door and keep your phone on. If you are coming back from an outing at the park or the shops, send a clock time rather than 'later', and ask for the return trip in the same request so the address details match.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Nshama's own location list for Town Square names both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International (DWC) among the places it is close to, so DWC is a real option for residents and visitors whose airline flies from there. Fewer airlines use DWC than DXB and the list changes by season, so read the code on your ticket. Write DWC or DXB against each leg. If you land at one airport and leave from the other, the two legs are quoted separately, with the same flight tracking, name board and 30 minutes of free waiting time.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Town Square

Use the full project name

Nshama's site lists Zahra Apartments, Zahra Breeze Apartments and Zahra Townhouses as separate projects, and does the same for Safi, with Safi Apartments and Safi Townhouses, and for Rawda I and Rawda II. Copy the project name exactly as it appears on your lease or booking, then add the building or house number. Shortening it to 'Zahra' sends the driver to the wrong set of streets.

Shop fronts as fixed landmarks

Nshama's retail directory lists Spinneys, Carrefour Market, Starbucks, KFC and many other outlets, and Bayut places dining within walking distance of Rawda and Hayat Boulevard. A shop front is an easy fixed meeting point if your building is hard to reach. Agree it in advance, name which side you will wait on and send a pin.

Townhouse streets

Townhouse projects here include Hayat, Safi, Naseem, Sama, Noor, Reem, Shams and Maha. Streets of near-identical houses are hard to tell apart, so give the project, the street and the house number, plus a pin taken at your front door. If your host mentioned a corner house or a nearby play area, add that as well.

Gate and visitor entry

Bayut describes Town Square as gated and says every residential project has dedicated parking. How a visitor is admitted is the community's rule, not ours, so ask your host whether a name, code or pass is needed. Send it with your request, and tell us the building or house number where the driver should stop.

Which vehicle suits a Town Square transfer?

Families in the townhouses are the main users here, so an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags) suits suitcases and a pushchair. A sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags) fits one or two travellers from an apartment. A luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers) suits business visitors. A van (Toyota Hiace class, 6 to 14 seats) carries two families or a larger household, and a mini bus or coach covers 15 or more. Models are 'or similar', and the final vehicle is confirmed with the quote.

Is Zahra the same as Zahra Townhouses?

No. Nshama lists Zahra Apartments, Zahra Breeze Apartments and Zahra Townhouses as separate projects. Use the full name from your lease or booking, then the building or house number.

Is Town Square the same as Mira or Reem?

No. Town Square is a Nshama community, and Bayut lists Mira and Mira Oasis to its north. Write Town Square and your project name so the driver goes to the right set of streets.

Can the driver meet me at Spinneys or Carrefour Market?

Yes, when it is agreed in advance. Both appear in Nshama's retail directory. Name the shop front you will wait outside and send a pin from your phone.

Does the driver need to be registered at a gate?

Bayut describes Town Square as gated, and the entry process is the community's, not ours. Ask your host or the community team whether a name, code or pass is needed, then send it with your request.
