From DXB (Terminals 1, 2 and 3; Emirates uses Terminal 3), send the terminal, flight number, landing date and time in UAE time, and your Studio City building, stage or hotel. Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, in the Jebel Ali part of the emirate, and we cover it as well as DXB. If a visiting production or company has booked flights on an airline that uses DWC, write DWC in the request and the quote will match. The community's own site mentions the F30 bus, taxis and metered parking, but a pre-arranged car suits luggage and equipment. Name the airport on each leg when you fly in and out of different ones.

Say the building and the floor

Studio City offers commercial offices, co-working space and boutique studios, which combine an office with an attached studio. Name the company, the building and the floor, plus a contact who will answer on site. Ask your host whether visitors must be registered at reception before the car arrives, and pass that detail on.

Crew and cast pickups at a stage

For a pickup at a sound stage or studio, send the stage or studio name, a production-office contact and the call time in UAE time. If the production has arranged a pass or a gate list, include that detail with your request so the driver is not stopped at the entrance. List every passenger and the equipment cases in the same message.

Staying at Studio One Hotel

The hotel's own website gives its address as Studio City, Dubai. Use the full name, Studio One Hotel, add your room number and the time you want to leave, and ask reception which door cars use. If your check-out time moves, tell the team so the pickup moves with it.

Towers near the Polo Club

Residential buildings such as Glitz 3 by Danube are listed in Studio City, and the community's website places its commercial offices close to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, next to the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club. Give the building name and flat number first, then use the street or the Polo Club as a backup landmark.

Dubai Studio City's website describes three sound stages and six multipurpose studios, plus boutique studios that put an office beside a studio. If your trip is for a shoot, send the call time in UAE time, the stage or studio name, the number of people and the number of equipment cases, so the quote names a vehicle with room. If the production office has issued passes, send those details too. Call times can shift during a shoot, so message the team as soon as yours does and the pickup moves with it.

Is Dubai Studio City the same as Dubai Production City?

No. TECOM Group lists them as separate business districts, and they have separate addresses. Give the full district name and your building so the driver goes to the right one.
