Arabian Ranches 2 Airport Transfers

Private airport transfers run between Arabian Ranches 2 and both Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC). Message the cluster, the villa or townhouse number, your flight number and the date and time in UAE time, and the team returns a tailored quote by WhatsApp or phone, matched to a car, SUV, executive car, van or coach.

Arabian Ranches 2 is not another name for Arabian Ranches. Emaar describes it as directly adjacent to the original community, and it has its own themed clusters: villa enclaves such as Lila, Rosa, Palma, Rasha, Samara, Yasmin, Azalea and Casa, and townhouse areas called Reem Community and Camelia. The Ranches Souk, a shopping centre with a Carrefour Market and restaurants, sits inside it. Two neighbouring communities share one name, so the cluster, the house number and a map pin tell the driver which one you mean.

Arabian Ranches 2 to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

From DXB, say which terminal your flight uses (Terminals 1, 2 and 3 all operate, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), then the flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and your cluster and house number. The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board, and flight tracking means a delayed landing moves the pickup. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Once the car reaches the community, a pin on your house saves the driver from searching cluster by cluster, and a phone that is switched on helps if the gate needs to reach you.

Dubai International (DXB) guide

Leaving for your flight

Send the time you want to be collected in UAE time, your cluster and house number, and how many people and bags are leaving. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, so pick a pickup time that suits yours and tell us what it is. Say whether the cases are at the door or still being packed, and keep your phone close in case the driver needs to reach you at the community entrance. A departure and a later return arrival can be quoted together in one message, which keeps the cluster, the number and the flight details in one place.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Residents of Arabian Ranches 2 who fly from Al Maktoum International (DWC) in Dubai South should write DWC in the request, so the quote matches that airport and not DXB. Include the flight number, the direction of travel, the date and time in UAE time, and your cluster and house number. The team quotes DWC trips in both directions. If you are unsure which airport your airline uses, the airline's confirmation shows the airport code.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Arabian Ranches 2

Reem Community, not Al Reem

Both Ranches have a name beginning with Reem. Reem Community is a townhouse area in Arabian Ranches 2, while Al Reem is an enclave of the original Arabian Ranches. If your address says Reem, add the full community name, the house number and a pin. A guest repeating the address from memory is the usual source of this mix-up, so ask your host to send it in writing.

Cluster, number and house type

Villa clusters such as Lila, Rosa or Samara and townhouse areas such as Camelia each have their own streets. Send the cluster name and the house number, say whether it is a villa or a townhouse, and drop a pin on the house. Add the number of passengers and bags, so the vehicle in your quote matches the household rather than the street.

Where the car stops

Area guides report at least two parking spaces for each house, so resident cars may already fill the front of the property. Tell us where the driver should stop, whether on the road in front or on the drive, and have the cases at the door when the car is due. Loading is quicker when the driver does not have to search for the right spot.

Entrances

Area guides place the community's main entrance on Al Qudra Road. If your host or building management uses a different entrance for visitors, tell us before the day. A pin from the entrance you will wait near also helps when the cluster is hard to find, particularly for guests arriving after dark.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Arabian Ranches 2 transfer?

A household in Arabian Ranches 2 often means several people and plenty of luggage. An SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags) takes a family of five, while a sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags) is enough for one or two. A family of six or more, or relatives travelling together, needs a van (Toyota Hiace class, 6 to 14 seats). Business travellers can ask for the luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers), and a mini bus or coach covers 15 or more. Models are 'or similar', confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Arabian Ranches 2 transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

My lease says Reem. Is that Arabian Ranches or Arabian Ranches 2?

Reem Community is a townhouse area in Arabian Ranches 2, while Al Reem is an enclave of the original Arabian Ranches. Send the full name from your lease and a map pin so the driver heads to the right community.

Which entrance will the driver use?

Area guides place the main entrance on Al Qudra Road. If your host prefers another route, say so, and send a pin from the entrance you will wait near.

A family of six has five suitcases. Which vehicle do we need?

An SUV tops out at 5 passengers, so six people need a van (Toyota Hiace class, 6 to 14 seats). Send the number of cases and the team confirms the final vehicle in the quote.

Do you collect from townhouses as well as villas?

Yes. Say whether yours is a villa or a townhouse, give the cluster and number, and send a pin. Camelia and Reem Community are the townhouse areas listed in area guides.
