Arriving at DXB

Landing at DXB and heading for Jumeirah Park? Send the terminal (DXB has Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), the flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the villa as district number, street and villa number. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, we follow your flight status, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. The route depends on which side of the community you are on, and the driver picks it on the day.

Leaving for your flight

Leaving Jumeirah Park for a flight? Send the flight time and terminal, the pickup time you want in UAE time and your district, street and villa number. Have bags at the door before the car is due, and tell us who the driver should call if the street is hard to read. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, and we plan the pickup around the time you give. For a family leaving in one go, list passengers and bags so the quote names the right vehicle. A return trip can be requested together with your arrival, so both legs are quoted at once.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, in the Jebel Ali part of the emirate, so it lies on the south-western side of the city. Most Jumeirah Park residents and guests fly from DXB, but your ticket decides. If you are travelling from DWC, put the code in the request with the flight number and times, and the team quotes the journey separately. An arrival there is handled like any other: flight tracking, a name board in arrivals and 30 minutes of free waiting time.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Jumeirah Park

District number, street, villa number

A property guide describes nine districts in Jumeirah Park, with District 5 home to a school and District 9 to a mosque on Al Asayel Street. Write your address as district number, street name and villa number, exactly as your tenancy papers or host's message show it. If your papers carry only a villa number, ask your host for the district before requesting the quote.

Project names on listings

Some homes are marketed under project names. The same guide puts Jumeirah Park Homes in District 6 and Royal Park Villas in District 7. A project name helps the team place you, but it is not an address, so keep the district, street and villa number as well. Add a Makani number if you have one: a 10-digit entrance code usually on a plate at a villa's door.

Which Pavilion?

Jumeirah Park Pavilion and Jumeirah Park East Pavilion are two different retail centres, according to the area guide, so naming only a Pavilion can send the car to the wrong side. If you want a shop front as the meeting point, say East Pavilion or Pavilion in full, name the entrance you will wait at and send a WhatsApp pin when you are outside.

Access for visitors

Nakheel calls the community secure but does not publish gate locations or visitor rules, so we do not assume any. If your street needs a visitor's name, a vehicle registration or a code, your host or the community management arranges it. Ask early, pass the details to the team, and keep your phone on so the driver can reach you on arrival.

Which side of the community you start from

Nakheel gives the size of Jumeirah Park as over 3,000 villas on 380 hectares. The area guide says residents in the north reach Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) directly, while southern residents reach Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) from Garn Al Sabkha Street (D59). The driver chooses the route on the day, but your district number tells the team which part of the community you are in, so give it in the first line of your request. A WhatsApp pin from your own door removes any doubt about which side you are on.

How many districts does Jumeirah Park have?

Is Jumeirah Park the same as Jumeirah Islands?

No. Nakheel lists them as separate communities, and Jumeirah Islands is a gated community of lake islands. Both have their own pages here, so use the name on your paperwork.

Can the driver meet me at a Pavilion?

Yes, ask for it in your request. There are two, Jumeirah Park Pavilion and Jumeirah Park East Pavilion, so name the right one and the entrance.

Who arranges visitor access for the driver?

Your host or the community management. Nakheel does not publish visitor rules for Jumeirah Park, so ask what the driver needs and send us any name or code.

I will be at one of the parks or sports courts. What should I send?
