Arriving at DXB

When you land at DXB, send the terminal (DXB has Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), the flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and your JVC building with its district number. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, and the team follows the flight's status so the pickup is planned around the actual arrival. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. JVC is entered from Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Hessa Street, so the district number tells the driver which approach to take.

Leaving for your flight

For a flight out of DXB or DWC, tell us the time you want to be collected in UAE time, the building and district, and how many passengers and bags are travelling. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, so the team plans the pickup around the time you give. Wait in the lobby or at the front door with your phone on, and send a location pin if your building has more than one entrance. If you will be returning to JVC later, ask for both legs in one request so the arrival and departure details sit together.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, on the south-western side of Dubai. Use the airport printed on your ticket: if your airline flies from DWC, write DWC in the request and the quote will match. Fewer airlines operate passenger flights from DWC than from DXB, and the list changes by season, so check before you travel.

Pickup and drop-off tips for JVC

Quote the district number, then the building

JVC's districts run from 10 to 19, and listings usually write an address as building name, district, Jumeirah Village Circle. Use the same order when you send your request, then add the floor or unit number and a phone number that will be answered on arrival. If a host or agent sent you the address, copy it exactly rather than shortening it to JVC.

Holiday homes and serviced apartments

If you are staying in a holiday home, ask your host for the building name, the entrance guests should use and whether a code or key collection is needed before you can leave. Tell us if the check-in point is somewhere other than the building itself, so the driver waits in the right place and you are not searching for each other.

Villas and townhouses

Rows of homes can look identical from the street, since districts 10 to 15 use a uniform plot design. Give the district, the street or row name and the house number, and mention something visible such as a corner position. A pin shared from your phone's map on WhatsApp saves the driver checking door after door.

Hotels inside JVC

Hotels in the community include FIVE Jumeirah Village and The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle, both in tall towers. Give the full hotel name, because a shortened name can be confused with other hotels in Dubai, and ask reception which door cars use. A group with several suitcases should say so early so the right vehicle is quoted.

Circle Mall as a fallback meeting point

Circle Mall sits just off Hessa Street and has its own large car park, so it works as a clear landmark if your building is hard to reach or still surrounded by building work. Agree the meeting point with the team in advance rather than changing it on the day, and tell us which mall entrance you will wait at.

Which vehicle suits a JVC transfer?

JVC is mostly apartments and family homes, so an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags) suits a family better than a sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags). Guests at the tower hotels may prefer a luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers). Groups sharing a villa fit a van (Toyota Hiace class, 6 to 14 seats), and a mini bus or coach covers 15 or more. Vehicle models are 'or similar', and the exact car is confirmed in your quote.

How do I find out which JVC district my building is in?

Your tenancy papers, the listing or your host's message normally show it, written as building name, district, Jumeirah Village Circle. If it is missing, send the building name and a map pin on WhatsApp and the team will help you check it before the quote is finalised.

Can the driver meet me at Circle Mall instead of my building?

That can usually be arranged if you ask when you request the quote. Tell us which mall entrance you will wait at, so the driver is not looking for you across a large car park.

Which airport do I use from JVC, DXB or DWC?

We are six people with luggage. Will one vehicle do?

A sedan takes up to 3 passengers and an SUV up to 5, so six people normally need a van (6 to 14 seats) or two cars. Send the passenger count and the number of large bags and the quote will name the vehicle.

I am staying in a JVC holiday home with self check-in. What should I send?

Send the building name, district, unit number and a phone number that will be answered on arrival. Ask your host whether any entrance, gate or lift needs a code or card, and pass that detail on with your request.
