Al Barari to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

For a DXB arrival heading to Al Barari, send the terminal (DXB has Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), the flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and your collection or building name with the house or apartment number. Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, and your airline decides whether you fly from there or from DXB. Check the three-letter code on your ticket. Give the collection or building by name

Al Barari's own website lists villa collections such as Chorisia, Ixora, Lunaria, The Nest and The Reserve, and apartment buildings such as Ashjar, The Lofts, Seventh Heaven and The Neighbourhood. Quote the one on your tenancy or title deed, then add your house or apartment number. 'Al Barari' alone covers a large site, and the collection name tells the driver which part to head for.

Entry for a driver is arranged by your host

The community's website lists a gatepass administration contact, so entry for visitors is handled by Al Barari itself. We cannot say what your villa or building needs, so ask your host or the community team and arrange anything required before pickup day. Then send us the name, phone number and any reference used, so the driver and the entrance expect the same car.

Apartment pickups at Ashjar and the other buildings

Ashjar is described as 120 low-rise villa apartments among forest and gardens, with a pool and playground. For any apartment building, give the building name, your apartment number and the door or lobby you will use, and share a pin from there. If you are a guest of a resident, include your host's mobile number as well as your own.

Large plots and houses set back from the road

Some homes sit on large plots. Al Barari's site lists The Reserve with plots of 31,000 to 33,500 square feet, so the house may be out of sight of the road. Send a location pin taken at your front door, not one from the community entrance. Say whether the villa has a separate gate, and name someone who can answer the phone.

Good to know

Visiting the spa, health club or The Farm

Heart & Soul Spa, The Bay Health Club and the restaurant The Farm are named on Al Barari's own website. We do not know whether a particular visit is open to non-residents, so check with the venue before you plan a transfer around it. If you have a booking, tell us the venue, the time in UAE time and who made the reservation, so the driver has a name to give if asked at the entrance. Agree the return pickup spot at the same time.
