Send the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 and 3, with Emirates at Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the Al Warqa number, street and villa or building name. We follow the flight status, so a late landing moves the pickup. The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. The E311 and E44 frame the district on its western and southern sides, which helps when you check the route on a map.

Give the flight time and the time you want to be collected, in UAE time, with the Al Warqa number, street and villa. Check your airline's advice on when to reach the airport, then tell us the pickup time you chose. For a larger household, say how many people and bags are leaving and who opens the gate. If you are leaving from Dubai Safari Park or Aswaaq Mall after a day out, name the entrance and the time you expect to be there. A return arrival can be quoted at the same time.
