Airport district and northeast

Mirdif Airport Transfers

From a Mirdif villa or apartment, we arrange private cars to Dubai International (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC) and back. Message your address, flight number and the date and time in UAE time on WhatsApp or by phone, and we send a tailored quote. The team follows your flight status, and for arrivals the driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board.

Mirdif is mainly a residential suburb of villas behind the airport, with Al Mizhar to the north, Al Warqaa to the south and Mushrif Park on its eastern side. It includes the gated Uptown Mirdif development, the Shorooq community on Algeria Street, Mirdif Hills, Mirdif Grand Mosque on 47th Street and the City Centre Mirdif mall. Addresses are usually a villa number on a numbered or country-named street, so the street, the community and a map pin matter more than the district name.

Mirdif to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Mirdif sits behind the airport, so the trip from arrivals is mostly about finding the right street. Send the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 and 3, with Emirates at Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the full villa or building address. We follow the flight status, so a late landing moves the pickup. The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) passes City Centre Mirdif, which is a handy reference on a map.

Dubai International (DXB) guide

Leaving for your flight

Give us your flight time and the time you want to be collected, in UAE time, with your address, community name and a map pin. Check your airline's advice on when to be at the airport, then tell us the pickup time you have settled on. For villa pickups say how many people and bags there are, and whether the gate needs someone to open it. If the whole family is leaving, mention children or elderly relatives so the vehicle size is right. A return arrival can be quoted at the same time.

DWC

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, near Jebel Ali, on the opposite side of the city from Mirdif. DXB is the airport next door, so name DWC only when your ticket says so. We quote DWC transfers from Mirdif in both directions: send your flight number, the date and time in UAE time and your address, and the team replies with a tailored quote. A DWC journey is a longer cross-city run, so share the details early.

Local know-how

Pickup and drop-off tips for Mirdif

Villa number, street and community

Give the villa number, the street name or number, and the community, such as Uptown Mirdif or Shorooq. Streets here include numbered ones like 47th Street and country-named ones such as Algeria Street and Tripoli Street, so the number and the name together point the driver to the right row. A map pin from your gate removes any doubt.

Gated communities

Uptown Mirdif is a gated development. If your community has a controlled gate, ask the resident or building management to tell security a car is coming, and give us a phone number that will be answered. Share the villa number as well so security can match it quickly. A driver who cannot get in will call you, so keep the phone close.

City Centre Mirdif as a meeting point

If a street is hard to describe, the mall makes a clear meeting point. It is large, so name the exact entrance and send a pin from it. This helps when you are staying with relatives or friends and do not know the street names, or when a gate is awkward for a larger vehicle.

Early flights and full cars

If your flight leaves in the early hours, tell us the number of passengers and bags and the time you want the car at your door, in UAE time. Families fill a sedan quickly, and a van or SUV leaves room for strollers and gifts, so it is worth saying what you are bringing.

Good to know

Metro today, Blue Line planned

The nearest Red Line station is Centrepoint, formerly Rashidiya, which sits some way from most Mirdif streets. The planned Blue Line is due to add a Mirdif station near City Centre Mirdif, but the line is still under construction and not running. For now, a car from your door is the practical choice when you have luggage or a family. Bus routes have linked Mirdif to that station, but they follow fixed stops rather than your door, and a private transfer collects you at the villa gate, which matters when the trip starts with several bags.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Mirdif transfer?

A couple fits a sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags). Families with several cases suit an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags), a sensible choice for a villa household. Extended families or groups of 6 to 14 can use a van (Toyota Hiace class), and a party of 15 or more needs a mini bus or coach. The luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers) is there for business guests. Models are 'or similar', confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Mirdif transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

Do you go inside Uptown Mirdif and other gated communities?

The driver goes to the gate, or inside where entry is allowed. Give us the villa or building address and a phone number that will be answered, and ask the resident or building management to tell security a car is coming.

What address details do you need for a Mirdif villa?

The villa number, the street name or number, the community and a map pin. Many streets here have numbers or country names, such as 47th Street, Algeria Street and Tripoli Street, so please give both where you can.

Can we meet at City Centre Mirdif instead of the villa?

Yes. Name the mall entrance you will use and send a map pin from it. This is useful if you are visiting someone and are not sure of the street name.

Is the metro a good way to the airport from Mirdif?

The nearest Red Line station is Centrepoint, formerly Rashidiya, and the planned Blue Line is not running yet. With bags or a family, a car from the door is usually simpler.

Can a family of seven with luggage fit in one vehicle?

A van seats 6 to 14 (Toyota Hiace class), so seven fit in one with their bags. Tell us the number of people and bags, and the final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.
