Al Mizhar Airport Transfers

Residents of Al Mizhar can send a villa number, street and flight details on WhatsApp or by phone and receive a tailored quote for a private transfer to or from Dubai International (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC). Give the date and time in UAE time. The team follows your flight status, and an arriving guest is met in the arrivals area by a driver holding a name board.

Al Mizhar is a low-density district of villas on spacious plots, with Muhaisnah to the west and Mirdif to the south. Al Khawaneej Road marks its southern limit and Al Tunis Road its northern one, and it is split into numbered sub-areas such as Al Mizhar 1 and 2. Schools and Mushrif Park are close by. Streets are quiet and landmarks few, so the street number and a map pin carry most of the weight.

Al Mizhar to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Send the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 and 3, with Emirates at Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the villa number, street and Al Mizhar sub-area. A full address written this way works better than the district name alone. We follow the flight status, so a late landing moves the pickup, and the driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Al Khawaneej Road runs along the southern side of the district and is worth finding on a map.

Dubai International (DXB) guide

Leaving for your flight

Tell us the flight time and when you want the car, in UAE time, with the villa number, street and sub-area. Check your airline's advice on when to be at the airport, then give us the pickup time you settled on. Say how many people and bags are travelling and who will open the gate if it needs opening. For a family leaving together, mention children or elderly relatives so the vehicle is the right size. Bags brought to the gate before the car arrives keep the loading quick. A return arrival can be quoted in the same message.

DWC

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, near Jebel Ali, on the far side of the emirate from Al Mizhar in the north-east. DXB is the usual airport for residents here, so use DWC only when your ticket says so. We quote DWC transfers in both directions: send the flight number, the date and time in UAE time and your address, and the team replies with a tailored quote.

Local know-how

Pickup and drop-off tips for Al Mizhar

Include the letter in the street number

Streets in Al Mizhar are numbered, and some carry a letter, such as Street 26A in Mizhar 1. Send the villa number, the full street number including any letter, and the sub-area, with a map pin from the gate. Leaving the letter off can point a driver at the neighbouring street.

Gates, garages and quiet streets

Most villas here have private covered parking and the streets are quiet, so tell us whether the car should wait at the kerb or come up to your gate. Give a phone number for someone who can open it, especially for a night or early-morning pickup, and mention the number of bags so the vehicle has room.

Schools and the park as landmarks

GEMS Founders School, GEMS Royal Dubai School and Mushrif Park are easy landmarks to quote when you are visiting and only know the area by what it is near. Mushrif Park has several gates, so name the one you will use and send a pin from it. Read the gate name from the signs at the park, because gate numbers are not part of a street address.

Good to know

Close to the Sharjah border

Al Mizhar borders Sharjah, and Al Tunis Road marks its northern boundary. If your villa is near that edge, or your address came from a listing that mentions Sharjah, write Dubai in the address and send a map pin from your own gate. The pin tells the team which emirate the pickup is in, and that affects how the trip is planned. A pin dropped at a street corner nearby is less reliable than one taken at your gate, and a phone number for someone at the villa helps the driver confirm the location on arrival.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Al Mizhar transfer?

A couple travelling light fits a sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags). Families flying out with strollers and big cases suit an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags). Extended families of 6 to 14 can share a van (Toyota Hiace class), and groups of 15 or more need a mini bus or coach. For a business guest, the luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers) is available. Models are 'or similar', confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Al Mizhar transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

My street number has a letter, like 26A. Does it matter?

Yes, please include it. Some streets in Al Mizhar carry a letter, and 26A may be a different street from 26. Send the sub-area and a pin from your gate as well.

Can you collect me from Mushrif Park?

Yes. Tell us which gate you will leave from, since the park has several, and send a pin from it. Give the time you want the car, in UAE time, and the number of people if it is a group outing.

Is Al Mizhar part of Mirdif?

No, it is a separate district, with Mirdif to its south and Muhaisnah to its west. People often say Greater Mirdif for the whole area, so give us the district on your address and a pin.

My villa is on the edge of Al Mizhar, near Al Khawaneej. Which name do I use?

Use the name on your address and send a map pin from the gate. Al Khawaneej Road runs along the southern limit of Al Mizhar, and the pin saves the driver from guessing between the two districts.
