Landing at DXB, send the terminal (the airport has Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the tower or hotel you are going to in Creek Harbour. Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, towards Jebel Ali, on the far side of the city from the Creek. DXB is the airport most people use from this side of town, but if your airline flies from DWC we quote that journey in the same way: send the flight number, the date and time in UAE time and your building. Check the airport code on your ticket before you ask for a quote, because the two airports are in different parts of Dubai. Transfers are available in both directions.

While parts of the community are still being built, roads and entrances can change from one month to the next, and older maps may lag behind. Creek Harbour sits next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a wetland reserve at the old end of the Creek that is known for greater flamingos and has birding hides along its edge. The reserve and the harbour are separate places, so if a visit to the hides is part of your day, tell us which building you are leaving from and the time you want to be collected. Dubai Creek Tower and the Dubai Square mall are both still under construction in the harbour, so neither is a pickup point at the moment. Use the hotel or residence you are staying at instead.
