A hotel transfer is a private car between your hotel and somewhere else: another hotel, a conference venue, a restaurant, a theme park, a mall, or a different emirate. Airport runs have their own page. This one is for the moves in between, such as changing hotels part-way through a stay or getting a group from the lobby to an evening event. When do I need a hotel transfer?
The usual reasons are moving to a different hotel mid-trip, going out for the evening and coming back, or getting a group to a wedding, meeting or attraction together. It also suits guests whose room booking does not include transport, and anyone who prefers a booked car to finding one on the day, particularly with luggage or children.
A hotel-to-hotel move is quoted for the exact pair of properties. If check-out and check-in times do not line up, say so in the request. The pickup time depends on when you can leave one hotel and when the next one expects you.
Where exactly will the driver collect me?
Hotels often have more than one entrance. Name the lobby, tower, wing or villa number, and say whether you will wait at reception or outside. In a large resort the main lobby and a beach villa can be far apart, so the driver needs to know which one. A WhatsApp location pin helps when a property has several gates.
Give us the name on the booking and a number that reaches you in the UAE or on WhatsApp. We cannot control where a hotel lets cars stop, so for busy entrances it is worth agreeing a pickup point with the concierge before the driver arrives.
How should I plan around check-out and luggage?
Count your bags before you send the request. A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags, and an SUV takes up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags. A couple with four cases, or a family with a pram, will usually need the SUV or a van.
Late check-out and bag-drop arrangements vary by hotel, so confirm those with the hotel and then give us the pickup time in UAE time. If plans shift, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Couples and solo travellers are usually comfortable in a sedan. Families and small groups with shopping or souvenirs suit an SUV. Business guests going to a meeting can ask for the luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class or similar). A wedding party or a team staying at the same hotel can travel together in a van with 6 to 14 seats, or a mini bus or coach for 15 or more passengers.

Should I book a single trip, a return, or a driver for the evening?
If you only need to get from the hotel to dinner and back, request both legs and give the time you expect to be collected for the return. The car does not stay with you in between.
If you want the same driver to stay with you through the evening and move on to other places as plans change, ask about the hourly and executive chauffeur service instead. For a fixed list of stops in a set order, a multi-stop journey is the better fit.

Can you collect me from a hotel in one emirate and drop me at a hotel in another?
Yes. Hotel pickups can end in Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah, and we do the reverse as well. Send both hotel names and the date and time in UAE time, and we will quote the trip.
Do I need to tell you the room number?
Not usually. The name on the booking, the hotel's exact name and the lobby or tower are more useful. Add a room number only if the hotel asks for it at reception.
What if the hotel will not let the car stop at the entrance?
Tell us about it in your request, or message us on WhatsApp when you notice. Share a location pin for the nearest place where the driver can pull in, and keep your phone on.
Can I add a second pickup on the way?
Yes, mention it in the request with the address and the time. Requests with several stops are quoted as multi-stop journeys.
Is this the same as an airport transfer?
No. An airport transfer is planned around a flight, with flight tracking and a name-board meeting in arrivals. A hotel transfer has no flight, so we only need the addresses and the time you want to leave.
