One vehicle, several stops
Multi-stop journeys in Dubai
A multi-stop journey is one vehicle covering a planned route with more than two addresses. Typical examples are collecting a colleague on the way to the airport, dropping luggage at a hotel before dinner, or picking up guests from different hotels for the same event. List the stops in the order you want them, with the time you need to be at each, and we reply with a quote on WhatsApp or by phone.
The more precise the list, the faster the quote. A stop means a place where the vehicle pulls in, so tell us whether anyone gets on or off, whether the car waits, and whether a stop is fixed or flexible. Vehicles run from a sedan to a coach, and a coach can make multi-stop pickups for groups. The final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.

What counts as a multi-stop journey?
Any trip with an address between the first pickup and the final drop-off. Two airport pickups for the same party, a hotel collection followed by a stop at a family home and then the airport, or a day that links a hotel, a restaurant and the return are all examples.
A single out-and-back is not a multi-stop journey; request each leg as a normal transfer. If the stops are loose and the day depends on how long things take, an hourly and executive chauffeur is the better fit.
How do I list my stops?
Write them in the order you want, one per line. For each stop, give the address, the time in UAE time if it matters, and what happens there. The more exact the address, the less back-and-forth afterwards.
- Stop 1: address, entrance or tower lobby, time
- Stop 2: address, who joins or leaves, whether the car waits
- Final stop: address, or the airport and terminal if it is a flight
- Passengers and large bags for the whole route
- A phone number for each stop, if different people are meeting the car
How should I plan timing between stops?
Mark each stop as fixed or flexible. A fixed stop is a flight, an appointment or a dinner reservation. A flexible stop is a shop or a visit with no set time. Knowing which is which lets the team judge whether your order works and suggest a different one if it does not.
We do not promise a time for the drive between two addresses, since traffic varies through the day, so leave room around any hard deadline.
If the last stop is an airport, choose the pickup time with your airline's check-in advice in mind and give us the flight number and terminal. If the first stop is an airport arrival, we follow the flight's status and plan around the actual landing.
Can you collect different people from different places?
Yes. Send each person's name, address and pickup time in UAE time, plus the final destination. A coach can make multi-stop pickups for larger groups, while a van or SUV suits a smaller party.
Check that everyone fits with their luggage at the busiest point of the route. A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags, an SUV up to 5 with 4 large bags, a van 6 to 14 seats, and a mini bus or coach 15 or more.
When is hourly chauffeur better than multi-stop?
A multi-stop journey suits a fixed plan: known stops in a known order. An hourly and executive chauffeur suits an open plan, where the car waits through meetings or shopping and you decide the next stop as you go.
Not sure which you need? Describe your day in a few lines on WhatsApp and the team will suggest the closer match when it sends the quote.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is there a limit on the number of stops?
The quote shows what the route allows. More stops, and stops that need the car to wait, affect how the journey can be planned, so list them all in the first message.
Can I change the order of the stops?
Tell us as early as you can on WhatsApp. A change before pickup is easier to arrange, while a change on the day depends on timing and the vehicle's availability.
Can the stops be in different emirates?
Yes. A route can link Dubai with Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah. Give the full address at each stop.
Does the free waiting time apply at each stop?
30 minutes of free waiting time is included with the service. For a route that needs the car to wait at several stops, tell us the expected waits so the quote reflects them.
Can the first stop be an airport arrival?
Yes. Send the flight number, terminal and landing time in UAE time. The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board and we follow the flight's status.
