How do I add a return journey?
On the quote form, tick “Add a return journey” in step 1. Step 2 then opens a return section with its own date, time, pickup, destination and an optional flight number. If your first journey is a departure from Dubai, the return becomes an arrival, and the form asks for the flight arrival date and time instead. You can also send both legs in one WhatsApp message.
Either way, each leg carries its own date and time in UAE time, and the team reads them as separate pickups.
What should I send for the return leg?
Treat it as a fresh request. These details matter:
- The return date and time, in UAE time
- The pickup address, which may differ from where you were dropped off
- The destination, or the airport and terminal if you are flying
- The flight number, if you have one
- Passengers and bags, in case either has changed
For a flight out of DXB, the terminal depends on your airline. Dubai Airports lists Terminal 3 as dedicated to Emirates, and your ticket or airline shows the terminal for other carriers. When to leave is a separate question, and departure pickup planning explains how to choose a time.
What does a complete request look like?
Here is an example of the level of detail that lets us quote both legs without follow-up questions:
Arrival: DXB Terminal 3, 12 December, landing 14:20 UAE time, 3 passengers, 4 large bags, going to a hotel in JBR. Return: 18 December, pickup 03:30 UAE time from the same hotel, going to DXB Terminal 3, 3 passengers, 5 large bags because of shopping.
Notice that the return states its own date, its own time and its own bag count. The extra case on the way back is the sort of change that moves a request from one vehicle class to the next.
Does the return have to mirror the first journey?
No. A return often starts somewhere else: a different hotel after a move mid-trip, a friend’s villa, an office. The airport can differ too, for instance on a ticket that lands at one airport and departs from another. Say which airport applies to each leg. If you are not sure whether your flight uses DXB or DWC, the DXB or DWC guide shows how to check.
What if my return plans are not fixed yet?
Send the first journey now and message us with the return once the flight is set. Avoid entering a placeholder time for the return. A guess can end up in the quote as if it were real, and then somebody has to catch it.
When the details arrive, we reply with the return quote in the same conversation. The transfer is arranged once you accept the quote and the team confirms the details with you.
How do I request extra stops?
Use the “Extra stops” box on the quote form, or list the stops in your WhatsApp message. The form’s own example is collecting a colleague in Business Bay on the way. For each stop, give:
- The address and the entrance, using the advice in hotel, tower and villa pickups
- The order of the stops
- How long you expect to stay, or whether the driver should wait or come back
- Who gets in or out there, because the headcount can change the vehicle
Mention any stop that matters more than the others, such as a meeting with a fixed start. The team can then build the route around it.
When is an hourly chauffeur a better fit?
A multi-stop journey suits stops you already know, in an order you have chosen. The multi-stop journeys page covers that style of trip. If the day depends on how long things take, such as a meeting that may run over, ask about the hourly and executive chauffeur instead, where the car stays with you between stops.
What should I ask about waiting and cancellation?
The service includes 30 minutes of free waiting, and free cancellation applies when you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. With several legs or stops, ask how those apply to each one. Does the free waiting cover every pickup or only some? What happens if you cancel one leg of a return journey but keep the other? The answers belong in the quote, and what your quote covers lists the other questions worth asking.
