Event transport is private vehicles for groups heading to a specific occasion: a conference, an exhibition, a wedding or a company event. The plan starts from the guest list and the programme. Event guests tend to arrive and leave in waves, so the useful questions are who travels when, and from where. What kinds of events do you transport guests to?
Typical requests are delegates travelling from hotels to a conference, exhibition teams moving between their rooms and a stand, wedding guests going from a hotel to a ceremony or reception, and company groups on an away day. The shape differs: a conference needs drop-offs at set times, while a wedding needs the whole party together at one hour.

Which venues do guests usually head to?
Two large venues come up often. Dubai World Trade Centre is the city-centre exhibition and conference hub on Sheikh Zayed Road. The Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai is the newer, expanding venue, and some of the biggest exhibitions are split between the two. Which of the two your event uses depends on the organiser, so check your ticket or the event website.
We name these venues only so you can tell us where to go. We have no affiliation with any venue or organiser. Entrances, parking areas and drop-off points change from one event to the next, so ask the organiser which entrance your guests should use and pass it on in the request.
How do I plan transport for many guests?
Send the venue, the date, the number of guests and the hotel or hotels they are leaving from. Add the time each group needs to be at the venue and the time you expect them to leave. If guests arrive from the airport first, include the flight details and we plan those pickups around the actual landings.
Group the guests by hotel and arrival time where you can. A single coach can serve several hotels in one run, while smaller parties may be easier by van or SUV. We suggest the mix in the quote, and you tell us if the programme moves.
What about weddings?
A wedding often combines a car for the couple, vans or a coach for guests, and sometimes airport pickups beforehand. Send the plan for the day, the addresses of the ceremony and the reception, and the times that matter. If the venue wants guests to use a particular entrance, pass that on so the drivers know where to stop.
Because wedding timetables are tight, let us know about any hold-ups on the day on WhatsApp as early as you can.
What happens on the day itself?
Name one contact on your side and give us their mobile number. If the programme overruns, a session ends early or a guest group is delayed, that person can message the team on WhatsApp. For late finishes, tell us the finish time you expect so the returns are planned around it.
For changes close to the date, message us and the team will confirm what is possible.

Do you work with specific venues or organisers?
No. We provide private transport and name venues only as pickup and drop-off points. Confirm entrances and parking arrangements with your venue or organiser.
Can one coach collect guests from several hotels?
Multi-stop pickups are possible with a coach. List each hotel, the pickup time in UAE time and the number of guests joining there.
Can speakers or VIP guests travel separately from the main group?
Yes. Ask for an executive car for them and a van, mini bus or coach for everyone else, and describe both in the same request.
How early should we send the request?
As soon as the guest numbers and the programme are known, since larger vehicles depend on availability. A request with the venue, dates, headcount and hotels gets the quickest quote.
Which Dubai venue is my event at?
Check your ticket, the organiser's email or the event website. Some exhibitions are held at Dubai World Trade Centre and others at the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai.
