Umm Suqeim Airport Transfers

We arrange private airport transfers between Umm Suqeim and Dubai International (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC). Send your flight number, landing time in UAE time and your hotel or villa, and the team replies with a quote on WhatsApp or by phone. The service runs 24/7 and follows your flight, so an arrival pickup tracks the real landing time.

Umm Suqeim is divided into Umm Suqeim 1, 2 and 3. The third section is the resort end of the coast: Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Al Qasr and Jumeirah Al Naseem all give Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim 3 as their address, and Wild Wadi Waterpark is in the same section. Sections 1 and 2 are mainly villa streets set back from the water. A resort pickup and a villa pickup need different details, so tell us which one you are at.

Umm Suqeim to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

For a resort or villa in Umm Suqeim, start with the flight: terminal, flight number, landing date and time in UAE time. Then add the hotel name, or the section, street and villa number. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, we follow your flight status, and free waiting time of 30 minutes is included. The coast road, Jumeirah Road (D 94), runs through Umm Suqeim, and Al Wasl Road runs alongside it, so the driver can choose whichever approach suits traffic on the day. A resort guest can add the hotel's reception number to the request.

Dubai International (DXB) guide

Leaving for your flight

Resort and villa departures differ slightly. Tell us the flight time and terminal, the pickup time you want in UAE time and your hotel or villa address. Resort guests should check out with the pickup time in mind and wait at the main entrance, while villa guests should have bags at the gate. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, and we plan the pickup around the time you ask for. If you are leaving from Sunset Beach or a park entrance, name that entrance in the request, and keep your phone on.

DWC

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Most guests in the Umm Suqeim resorts fly through DXB. Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, in the Jebel Ali part of the emirate, and is used by a smaller set of airlines. If your ticket shows DWC, add the airport code to your request with the flight details, and the team quotes that trip separately. A resort departure for DWC is planned the same way as one for DXB, with the pickup time confirmed in your quote.

Local know-how

Pickup and drop-off tips for Umm Suqeim

At a resort, give the exact hotel name

Several large resorts share one stretch of Jumeirah Road in Umm Suqeim 3, among them Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Al Qasr and Jumeirah Al Naseem. Give the property name from your confirmation, not 'Madinat' or 'Umm Suqeim', and the entrance if the hotel has given you one. The Jumeirah hotels share a road and an operator, so a loose name can send a driver to the wrong reception.

Villas: section, street and number

Wikipedia describes Al Manara Road (D 65) as the dividing line between Umm Suqeim 1 and 2, and Al Thanya Road as the one between 2 and 3. A villa address is easier to place with the section number as well as the street and villa number. Add a pin from your gate, and your Makani number if you have it: the 10-digit entrance code is on a plate at the residence's entrance.

Beach and park pickups

Umm Suqeim Park sits near Sunset Beach, which is also called Umm Suqeim Beach. After a beach day, name the park or beach entrance and a fixed landmark instead of 'the beach', and share a location pin. Mention beach gear or boards in the request if you will have them, because bulky items can change which vehicle fits.

Resort departures

Resorts in Umm Suqeim 3 handle many departures at once. Tell us the name the room is booked under and the time you will be at the lobby, and let the front desk know a car is coming. If you have a lot of luggage or a pushchair, say so in the request so the right vehicle is quoted, and have the bags ready at the lobby before the car arrives.

Good to know

Check the hotel before you send the address

Umm Suqeim 3 is home to the Burj Al Arab, but the hotel is not taking guests at the time of this review (October 2026). Jumeirah announced on 15 April 2026 that it was closing for an 18-month restoration, and no exact reopening date has been confirmed. If your itinerary or agent still lists it, confirm which property you are actually staying at, then send us that hotel's name. Other Jumeirah hotels in the same section list Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim 3 as their address.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Umm Suqeim transfer?

Resort guests usually want an executive car or an SUV. A Mercedes-Benz S-Class class executive car takes up to 3 passengers, and an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, or similar) takes up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags, which suits a family with holiday luggage. A sedan covers up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags. A Toyota Hiace class van, seating 6 to 14, works for groups sharing villas or travelling together. The final vehicle is confirmed with your quote.

Questions

Umm Suqeim transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

Which Umm Suqeim am I in: 1, 2 or 3?

Umm Suqeim 3 is the resort end, where the Jumeirah hotels list Jumeirah Road as their address. Al Manara Road divides sections 1 and 2, and Al Thanya Road divides 2 and 3. Your booking should show the section, and if it does not, send a pin.

Is Umm Suqeim the same as Jumeirah?

No. They are neighbouring areas, separated by Umm Al Sheif Road according to Wikipedia. A hotel may carry the Jumeirah brand name while its address says Umm Suqeim 3, so use the address and the hotel name together.

Can you collect from the Madinat Jumeirah hotels?

Yes. Jumeirah Al Qasr and Jumeirah Al Naseem each give Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim 3 as their address. Name the hotel instead of just 'Madinat', and add the entrance if the hotel has given you one.

Can you collect from Wild Wadi Waterpark or Sunset Beach?

Yes. Name the entrance or car park you will be at and share a pin when you are ready. Wild Wadi is in Umm Suqeim 3, and Sunset Beach is next to Umm Suqeim Park.
