Arriving at DXB

Arriving at DXB for City Walk? Send the terminal (Emirates flights use Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time and the exact hotel, building or venue. Your driver waits in the arrivals area holding a name board, we track the flight so the pickup moves with the real landing time, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. City Walk lists its address as the Al Wasl and Al Safa Road junction, with access from Sheikh Zayed Road via Exit D71 towards Jumeirah. Which entrance the driver aims for depends on where you stay, so give the hotel or residence by name and add a contact number for your host or the front desk.

Leaving City Walk for the airport? Give us the airport and terminal, your flight time, the pickup time you want in UAE time and the exact starting point: hotel lobby, residential building or venue door. Hotel guests should mention the name on the booking and tell reception a car is coming. Residents should say which entrance or car park building management expects visitors to use. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, so choose the time that suits yours and the team confirms it with your quote. If you are coming from an evening event, add the show and finish time to the request.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

City Walk is a central address, and most people staying here fly through DXB. Al Maktoum International (DWC), in Jebel Ali as part of Dubai South, is served by a shorter list of airlines. When your ticket shows DWC, add the code to the request along with the flight details and your hotel or building. The team quotes that trip separately and plans the pickup with the same flight tracking and name board as any other.

Pickup and drop-off tips for City Walk

Name the car park or zone, not only City Walk

City Walk's own FAQ describes standard City Walk parking and a separate arrangement for The Boulevard at City Walk. A driver arriving without that detail has to guess which one you mean. Tell us the hotel, building or venue, and the car park or entrance you plan to use. If you do not know, ask your host or the venue and add their answer to the request.

Agree the stopping point in advance

Parts of the precinct are pedestrian, so a car cannot always pull up at the shop or restaurant door where you are standing. Walk to a spot that you and the team have agreed on and wait there. A shared WhatsApp location is the quickest way to settle it, and naming the nearest anchor, such as the cinema or The Green Planet, saves a second round of messages.

Hotel guests

City Walk's website lists two hotels, Rove City Walk and La Ville Hotel & Suites. Write the full hotel name and the name the room is booked under, because a loose 'hotel at City Walk' does not tell the driver which front desk to head for. Let reception know a car is coming and keep bags at the lobby before the car arrives.

Residents and apartment guests

The residential buildings at City Walk include City Walk Crestlane, City Walk Northline, City Walk Residences, Verve City Walk and City Walk Central Park. Give the building name, the unit number and a phone number for whoever lives there. Ask building management whether visitors' cars use a particular entrance or car park, then pass on what they say.

Coca-Cola Arena event nights

The Coca-Cola Arena sits in the City Walk area, has a capacity of 17,000 and hosts concerts, comedy and sport. On an event night, many people want a car in the same window and near the same doors, so 'near the arena' is not enough detail. Give us the show date, your hotel or building and the time you want to be collected in UAE time. Agree a meeting spot away from the busiest exit if you can, and message us when the show ends instead of waiting at the door. If your flight lands on an event day, mention it in the request.
