Dubai Parks and Resorts to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

For an arrival at DXB, send the terminal (DXB has Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), the flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the park or hotel you are heading to. The driver meets you in the arrivals area holding a name board, the team follows the flight's status, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. The resort sits on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), and Legoland Dubai's directions tell car arrivals to enter through Riverland and follow the signs. If you land late and plan to start at the parks the next morning, say so and the quote can cover just the hotel leg.

Leaving for your flight

For a flight from Dubai Parks and Resorts, tell us the airport, the flight number and the time you want to be collected in UAE time, plus the exact pickup: a hotel door, or the drop-off beside the taxi centre after a park day. Add the number of passengers, prams and bags. If you are going straight from a park to the airport, say so, because the luggage has to travel with you. Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, on the south-western side of Dubai, and the resort lies on Sheikh Zayed Road in the same part of the emirate. Check the three-letter code on your ticket, because DXB and DWC are different airports, and put it in your request. For a DWC arrival the driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board, the team follows your flight's status and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Dubai Parks and Resorts

Name the park or hotel, not only the resort

Dubai Parks and Resorts lists Motiongate Dubai, Real Madrid World, The World of Riverland Dubai, Legoland Dubai and Legoland Water Park on its own site, and three hotels share the grounds. 'Dubai Parks' on its own does not tell a driver where to wait. Send the park or hotel name and a location pin from your phone, and say which park you will be leaving from if you plan to visit more than one.

Agree the drop-off beside the taxi centre

Legoland Dubai's visitor guidance says guests arriving by limousine or with a personal driver use the drop-off area next to the taxi centre, and that the Bus and Taxi Center sits beside the Riverland French Village and the arrivals plaza. It is a sensible spot to agree for the return. Check the resort's current guidance before your visit, then send us the pin so you and the driver wait at the same place.

Staying at Lapita, the Legoland Hotel or T-Rex Glamping

Three hotels sit inside the resort: Lapita, a Polynesian-themed family resort, the Legoland Hotel, and T-Rex Glamping, a tented stay among life-size dinosaur figures. Give the hotel name, the number of guests and bags, and your check-out day. Ask reception where cars stop for departures and where bags are collected from, then pass that to the team, so the driver and the hotel staff expect the same pickup.

Day trips and the evening return

Each park sets its own opening days and closing time, and the Legoland site shows different hours for its theme park and its water park on the same day. Give a pickup time in UAE time that allows for queues and tired children, and tell the team on the day if you leave early or late. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included, so a delay at the gate does not upset the plan.

Families, school groups and birthday parties

Send the headcount, the ages of any young children and the number of bags, and the team picks the vehicle class for the quote. Check the park's own channels first

Tickets, opening days and hours are set by the parks, not by us, and they differ between the theme parks, the water park and the hotels. Real Madrid World now occupies the former Bollywood Parks site, which matters if an older map or a friend still uses the old name, so ask for Real Madrid World in your request. Riverland Dubai is the dining and shopping district through which Legoland's directions send car arrivals, which makes it a useful landmark. Before choosing a pickup time, check the park's official channels for your date and tell us which park you will leave from.
