Jebel Ali Airport Transfers

Private airport transfers for Jebel Ali run to Al Maktoum International (DWC) and Dubai International (DXB), for residents, hotel guests and business visitors alike. Give us the flight number, the date and time in UAE time and the exact site you are going to or leaving from, and the team sends a quote through WhatsApp or by phone. Sedans, SUVs, executive cars, vans and coaches cover single travellers and whole teams.

Jebel Ali is Dubai's port and industrial district on the south-western coast. It holds the Port of Jebel Ali, which DP World operates, the Jebel Ali Free Zone, the Jebel Ali Industrial Area, the community of Jebel Ali Village and a beach resort on Sheikh Zayed Road. Most trips here are business or hotel stays, so the correct gate, building or hotel name matters more than the area name.

Jebel Ali to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Landing at DXB (Terminals 1, 2 and 3; Emirates uses Terminal 3)? Send the terminal, flight number, landing date and time in UAE time, and the Jebel Ali site, hotel or building you are heading to. A driver waits in the arrivals area with your name on a board, and the team tracks the flight so a delay moves the pickup. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Jebel Ali lies on the south-western side of Dubai, so the trip from DXB crosses the city, and Sheikh Zayed Road is the main road serving the resort and surrounding districts.

Leaving for your flight

For a flight out of Jebel Ali, give the time you want to be collected in UAE time, the airport, and exactly where the car will meet you: a hotel door, a company reception or a gate. Say whether the pickup point is inside the port or free zone, since access works differently there. Tell us how many people and bags are travelling, and share a contact at the site who can direct the driver. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, so we plan around the pickup time you choose. For a return trip, send both legs in one request.

DWC

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) sits in Dubai South, the district next to Jebel Ali, so it is a near neighbour of the port and free zone. Business visitors and resort guests may fly from either airport, so use the airport on your ticket. If your flight uses DWC, write DWC in the request. A driver meets arrivals there with a name board, with flight tracking and 30 minutes of free waiting time.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Jebel Ali

Company, building and road

Industrial and free-zone addresses are far more precise than an area name. Send the company name, the building or unit number and the road, plus a contact at the company who can direct the driver by phone. If the site has a visitor reception, tell us which entrance guests are told to use.

Resort stays at Exit 13

JA The Resort, which includes JA Palm Tree Court, JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel, gives its address as Jebel Ali, Sheikh Zayed Road, Exit 13. The resort has more than one hotel, so give the full hotel name and the door where you will be waiting. The team can then brief the driver before the pickup.

Groups from the same site

When colleagues travel together, send the headcount, the bag count and where each person starts. A team leaving one site may fit in a van, while people starting at different gates or buildings may need to be collected separately. Give each person's pickup time if the times differ, and name one contact who stays reachable so the pickup keeps moving.

Jebel Ali Village is a separate community

Jebel Ali Village is a residential community beside Al Furjan, and some addresses mention both. Write the community and building first, then the street or villa number, and add a pin. That stops the driver heading to the industrial area or the port when you are in a home. If you are visiting a friend, ask them to share their pin with you.

Good to know

Port and free-zone gate access

Entry into ports and free zones in Dubai is controlled at security gates under the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), using the Tasreeh electronic permit system. If your pickup or drop-off is inside the Port of Jebel Ali or the Jebel Ali Free Zone, ask the company you are visiting how a visitor or vehicle gets through, and tell us which gate and contact name the driver should use. Settling this before the day avoids a car waiting outside while permits are checked.

Vehicles

Which vehicle suits a Jebel Ali transfer?

Sedans (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags) suit single business travellers heading to offices or the free zone. An SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags) works for families staying at the resort. A luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers) fits senior visitors, a van (Toyota Hiace class, 6 to 14 seats) carries a project team with equipment cases, and a mini bus or coach (15 or more) covers staff groups. Models are 'or similar' and the exact vehicle is confirmed once you have your quote.

Questions

Jebel Ali transfer questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp and include your flight or pickup time.

Can the driver enter the Jebel Ali Free Zone or the port?

Entry is controlled at security gates with a permit system, so the company you are visiting normally arranges access. Tell us the gate and a contact name, and the team plans the pickup around them.

Which airport do Jebel Ali travellers use, DWC or DXB?

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in the neighbouring Dubai South area, but your airline decides. Use the airport on your ticket and we quote either one.

How do I get collected from JA The Resort?

Send the full hotel name, such as JA Palm Tree Court or JA Beach Hotel, and the time in UAE time. The resort's address is Jebel Ali, Sheikh Zayed Road, Exit 13.

Can you collect two colleagues from different Jebel Ali sites for one flight?

Send both addresses, the pickup times and the flight details. The team will tell you whether one vehicle can collect both people or whether two cars are needed.
