A cruise port transfer is a private car, SUV or van between a Dubai cruise terminal and the airport, a hotel or another address. It covers both ends of a cruise: getting to the terminal on embarkation day and leaving it after disembarkation. Dubai has more than one cruise terminal, so the first job is confirming which one your ship uses. The cruise line tells you this in your documents. Which cruise terminal is my ship using?
Mina Rashid is home to the Hamdan bin Mohammed Cruise Terminal, which DP World describes as its flagship cruise facility. Dubai Harbour has a separate cruise terminal beside Palm Jumeirah. Which one your ship uses depends on the ship and the cruise line, so check your boarding documents or ask the cruise line.
We cannot choose the terminal for you. Send the ship name and the terminal as printed in your documents, and we plan to that address. If your documents only name the port area, tell us and we will confirm with you before the pickup.
How do I get to the terminal on embarkation day?
Cruise lines publish their own check-in and boarding information, so follow the window in your documents and tell us the time you want to be at the terminal. Send the pickup address, the number of passengers and every large bag, since cruise luggage tends to be bulky.
If you land at Dubai International first, give us the flight number, terminal and landing time in UAE time. The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board, we follow the flight's status, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included.
How is a pickup after the cruise arranged?
Disembarkation times are set by the cruise line, so confirm yours before you send the request. Tell us the time you expect to leave the ship and the address you are heading to, such as a hotel or the airport. We agree the meeting point with you in the chat, so you know where to look.
We follow flights, not ships. If your disembarkation time changes, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you hear. When a departing flight follows the cruise, give us the flight number and time in UAE time so the pickup is planned with it in mind.
How much cruise luggage can I bring?
Count the large suitcases. A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags, and an SUV takes up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags. A couple with a lot of luggage, or a family, will often need the SUV or a van with 6 to 14 seats. Mention golf bags, prams and sports equipment.
Luggage tends to decide the vehicle on a cruise transfer, more than the number of passengers does. List every large case, and add any hand luggage that will not sit on laps, so the quote is based on the real load.

Can I combine the airport, a hotel night and the port?
Yes. A common plan is landing at the airport, staying one night at a hotel and heading to the cruise terminal the next day. Each leg can be requested separately, or described together as a multi-stop journey if the legs are close together in time.
For the reverse, list the port pickup first and the airport as the final stop, with the flight number and time in UAE time.
