Travelling from DXB to the lakes, send the terminal (DXB has Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Emirates uses Terminal 3), the flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the pickup point at Al Qudra Lakes or your resort. The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name board, the team follows the flight's status, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. If you land in the evening and plan a sunrise ride the next day, you can ask for the airport leg and the morning leg in one request. Say if bikes or cases are travelling.

The lakes and the track cover an extensive stretch of open desert, so 'Al Qudra' alone leaves the driver guessing. Al Qudra Lakes lie within a protected desert area that Dubai Municipality governs, and leisure activity there has been regulated. Rules, access and what visitors may bring can change, so check Dubai Municipality's current guidance before you travel. For the transfer, a pin at a spot reachable by road is what we need, and the team will tell you if your plan needs something different. If an access rule or closure changes your plan, message the team as early as you can, and free cancellation applies when a transfer is cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup.
