Hotels advertised as Zabeel are often in neighbouring districts, so pickups here are mostly villas and park gates, and each needs an exact address or gate name, not the district name alone.

Zabeel to and from the airport

Arriving at DXB

Arriving at DXB for a Zabeel address? Send the terminal (Terminals 1, 2 and 3, with Emirates at Terminal 3), your flight number, the landing date and time in UAE time, and the villa number, street and sector (Zabeel 1 or 2) or the venue. The driver meets you in arrivals with a name board, flight tracking moves the pickup with a late landing, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is included. Roads around Zabeel include Sheikh Rashid Road, Oud Metha Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, so the villa decides the approach, and the driver will call you from the gate.

Leaving for your flight

For a flight from DXB, tell us the airport, your flight time and the pickup time you want, in UAE time. Give the villa number, street and sector, say which gate or door the driver should use, and add a phone number the household will answer. List the passengers and bags, since villa departures often involve several cases. Airlines publish their own check-in advice, and we plan around the time you choose. If you are leaving from Zabeel Park or the Dubai Frame instead, name the gate. A return trip can go on the same request.

Flying from Al Maktoum International (DWC)

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is in Dubai South, on the south-western side of the emirate, a cross-city run from Zabeel. Residents and visitors here mostly use DXB, so check the airport code on your ticket before you ask for a quote. If it says DWC, send the flight number, the date and time in UAE time and the villa or venue, and the team will quote it as it does for DXB.

Pickup and drop-off tips for Zabeel

Villa number, street and sector

Most addresses here are villas and townhouses, and Zabeel is split into Zabeel 1 and Zabeel 2. Give the villa number, the street label and which sector you are in, then add a pin from the gate. If the villa sits inside a walled plot, ask your host whether visitors' cars may stop at the gate and pass on the answer. A phone number the household will answer helps if the driver reaches a closed gate.

Dubai Frame and Zabeel Park

The Dubai Frame stands inside Zabeel Park, near the park's Star Gate, and the park has more than one gate. Tell us which gate you will leave by, or the road it faces, and share a pin as you walk out. Dubai Garden Glow is a seasonal winter attraction in the park, so mention it if you are leaving after an evening visit.

Match and event nights at Zabeel Stadium

Zabeel Stadium is the home ground of Al Wasl FC. On a match or event evening, say so in your request, because the roads around a stadium fill when a crowd leaves together. Choose a collection point a little way from the stadium gates, send a pin and keep your phone on, so the pickup is planned around the end of the event.

Check which Zabeel you mean

Hotel listings often say Zabeel for hotels in neighbouring districts, and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a resort on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah, nowhere near this district. Send the hotel's full name and a map pin. If your booking mentions Zabeel Saray, tell us, so the pickup is planned from the Palm.

Good to know

Zabeel Palace is not a pickup landmark

Zabeel Palace is the residence and administrative headquarters of Dubai's ruling family and is not open to the public, so it cannot serve as a meeting point. If your invitation names it, send the address of the villa, venue or office you are actually going to, plus the entrance your host gave you. The same applies to any private villa: your host's instruction about which gate visitors use is worth passing on, and a driver who has it can plan the approach before arriving.

Which vehicle suits a Zabeel transfer?

Villa households tend to travel with several large cases, so an SUV (Toyota Prado or GMC Yukon class, up to 5 passengers with 4 large bags) is a common choice, and the luxury executive car (Mercedes-Benz S-Class class, up to 3 passengers) suits residents and guests who want a formal arrival. A sedan (Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima class, up to 3 passengers with 2 large bags) is enough for one or two visitors to the park. A van (Toyota Hiace class, 6 to 14 seats) fits an extended family, and 15 or more need a mini bus or coach. Models are "or similar", confirmed with your quote.

My booking mentions Zabeel Saray. Is that near Zabeel?

No. Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a resort on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Tell us if that is your hotel, so the pickup is planned from the Palm.

Which metro station is closest to Zabeel Park?

Max station on the Red Line, which was called Al Jafiliya until August 2021, lies just west of the park according to local guides. Older maps may still show the old name.

Can you collect from a villa behind a gate?

Yes. Send the villa number, street and sector (Zabeel 1 or 2), and ask your host about visitor access. The driver rings from the gate.

Can you collect me after a match or event at Zabeel Stadium?

Yes. Say so in your request, and we agree a collection point a little way from the gates. Keep your phone on and share a pin when you start walking.
